A Charming Beach Condomínio 3 Casa do Oceano

This charming 2 bedroom condo is only steps from the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the covered deck or take a stroll on the private beach. This 2 bedroom condo (known by beachgoers as the Green Dolphin) is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It is in a quaint community located in a building shared by only 3 other units. The full kitchen is bright and airy and the family room is spacious and cozy with a full-size pull out sofa bed and comfy chairs to relax in. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a trundle bunk bed.

The covered balcony is perfect for enjoying a family meal or just relaxing. It has a table, chairs and a beach view. There is also an outside shower and a separate footwash. Parking is available under the unit for one car and there is room in the driveway for another car. Mike's Fish Camp is a restaurant at the end of the street (very convenient) -it serves lunch and dinner.

The Green Dolphin is only three houses from the beach which provides a convenient and quick access to the private beach. Its great location offers quick access to downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City. It is close enough to access all of the excitement but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

There is a State Beach located adjacent to our beach which allows vehicles to drive on the beach and also allows fishing right from the beach. There are tons of activties for adults and kids just a few minutes away.

There are several grocery stores located with a 5-10 miles and don't forget all of the fabulous outlet shopping available in Rehobeth and the cute beach shops near the Bethany Boardwalk!

Bethany Beach is a very quiet beach community with a quaint downtown and a family atmosphere. Our community at Tower Shores offers all the ammenities of the beach towns but also a private beach and great location.

If you really want your vacation to be perfect, with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid-back atmosphere, stay at the Green Dolphin.

Great host communication
I had to give 4 stars on cleanliness only because the cleaning crew did not do a good job preparing the place for new guests, beds were not made and blankets and pillows were piled in the closet clearly used and not folded or ready, floors were not cleaned and counters had some food stuck to them as well. We communicated with the host and she immediately gave us access to some cleaning supplies and was very responsive through the whole start of our trip. After that it was all good. The apartment is so nicely set up, the porch furniture was comfortable and it is so close to the beach. Overall a 5 star experience with a slight blip for the cleanliness. Would stay there again though.

Location, location, location!
Nice unit in 4 Plex, very close to beach access. Most appropriate for 2 adults and 1-2 kids. Outside deck area really nice way to expand floor soace

Still the best vacation
I have lost track of how many years that my family has stayed here, but it should speak for itself that we keep coming back year after year! We love the location and Erin is always accessible and great to work with. We hope to keep returning for many more great vacations.

Perfect week!
The house was exactly as described in the listing! We would definitely stay here again. Since the house is on the smaller side for our 4 adults, we used the outside porch quite a bit for eating and hanging out (there was a nice breeze) and took full advantage of the outside showers. This seemed to make the house feel more spacious and we weren't on top of each other. We spent most of the time at the beach which was a super quick walk away. Erin was great to work with and prompt in responding to questions.

Can’t be beat!
Perfect spot to stay with 2 younger kids - 1 minute walk to the private, less crowded beach which allowed us to easily leave for lunch or snacks back at the house without having to pack everything up - quiet neighborhood but still only a short drive to both boardwalks. Easy communication with the host and a clean, comfortable place with a great outdoor deck for cocktails at night. We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed
Thank you for a wonderful week. We love the Tower Shores private beach community-much quieter than in town and so convenient to walk back to the house if we needed a break or grab lunch. We spent most of our days at the beach with excursions into Bethany and Rehoboth and the outlets. All an easy drive away. We loved having meals or hanging out on the deck. The condo had everything we needed. We hope to be back! Thank you again!

My family loves Bethany Beach. This was one of the better condos we stayed in. Very close to the beach, private community. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. Gracious host and communicates very well. Highly recommended!

Perfect girls getaway
I still can’t get over how lovely our stay was. We were literally a couple houses down from the beach (which was amazing) and close to shops. We all felt safe in the community and spent many nights sitting outside on the deck. Our condo neighbors were also super nice, so that was a plus!! The space was perfect for our group, and we would 100% go again:)

Perfect! Will be Back again!
I spent many summers in Tower Shores as a kid. As a DINK (dual-income, no kids), it's rather hard to find a beachfront rental for two people that is reasonable in price and sized appropriately. This location fits the bill! Erin was a gem to work with! She was quick to respond to any question we had. The unit is clean, comfortable bed, large kitchen that was great for cooking. Great location, and walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants. A few things to note: the couch in the main living area is a bit worse for wear, and not very comfortable. On nights when it was too humid, or raining, there wasn't really a place to go inside and sit down comfortably. Speaking of outside, the patio is great (exactly as pictured), but the use is solely based on how your neighbors are. Our first few nights we felt uncomfortable being outside as the family in the unit next to us had about 10 people staying in it and they were incredibly loud and up very late. I love how safe the Tower Shores community is. We'd wake up early, secure our spot on the beach and come and go as we pleased. Never once worried about our beach items left unattended. We will 100% be back next year. Thank you Erin for making our stay so great!
