The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer, this charming duplex with a surface of 53 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a children's bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 (children): bunk beds.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A south-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and family environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (in St Aubin sur mer at less than 1 km, or those of Bernières and Courseulles sur mer)...

Activities :
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities: walking or cycling along the coast, walking along the marina, tennis, horse riding, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, circular cinema Arromanche 360, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum in Courseulles-sur-Mer...
We advise you to visit the beautiful market in the centre of Courseulles-sur-Mer on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

- Nearest train station: Caen train station is about 32 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport located approximately 30 minutes away by car.
