De plus, sa localisation permet de visiter quelques villes très sympathiques à environ 1h30. Nous recommandons de visiter Nanteuil, un joli village à 20 min du gîte."

"The gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season. "

"Arrival - we found the property with no issues. Property zip code took us straight there. Bedlinen and bathrooms were clean. Flies were a problem, mushroom growing in the shower, tiles in shower need updating and replacing, door latch plates were all loose (made doors difficult to close), we didn't manage to get the tv working at all, light fittings in the kitchen were hanging dangerously from the ceiling, oven very dirty and difficult to light (think the gas jets needed a clean - i gave up),...

"We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much."

"Jason was a great host, very helpful and friendly. The games barn is the best we’ve ever found, really good quality pool table, ping pong, fitness machines etc kept us all entertained. The house was exactly as described and the garden large, with good play equipment. Nice little village with great blue avarie and a bar. "

"A beautiful villa in a spectacular location. Fabulous stay for families of all ages, a short drive from the lovely town of Niort and coastal paradise of La Rochelle. The facilities were more than pleasing, including the pool (no need to bring floats), a generous games room and expansive garden. "Le manoir est superbe ! Belle immersion dans un décor rustique et sans chichi… plaisir à profiter de cet immense jardin entretenu avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. De beaux moments de partages familiaux et de repos au frais avec ce temps chaud ! Plusieurs plans d’eau permettant la baignade on régalés petits et grands. Et enfin un grand merci à notre hôte qui a pris le temps de nous raconter l’histoire de ce manoir et nous donner de bons conseils pour visiter la région."

"Etablissement tout à fait correct. Il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et il faut passer par l'extérieur pour rejoindre l'accueil et l'espace restauration. Mais la chambre était propre et la literie confortable. Les chambres ne donnent pas sur l'axe principal, et cet axe est peu passant la nuit. Aucune gêne de ce côté."
