Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabit’s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights. The nearest subway station, Turmstraße, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. A direct bus to the central train station allows a comfortable commute to BER airport by train.

The apartments are bright, cosy, and seek to create a homelike atmosphere. They are all equipped with either a kitchen or a smaller kitchenette that includes hobs, a minifridge, and an electric kettle along with basic cooking implements. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. WiFi connectivity is available in all areas and street parking is possible in the surrounding blocks.

The beautiful river Spree is just around the corner and the nearby streets are dotted with numerous cafés, eateries, and bars. Berlin’s large Tiergarten park is a very short bus ride away and the well-known shopping avenue, Ku’damm, is 3 subway stops from Turmstraße.

Pictures can tell lies
They have several units from which they choose the best pictures. So you’re not looking at pictures of just your apartment. Moldy Bathroom. Shower that doesn’t drain well. We had a 4pm check-in didn’t hear from the owner until after 6pm. If you’re driving forget about it! There’s no parking within a mile after 5pm. The city center is a 20 minute drive. No close U or street car. I really wish I could post pictures to show how deceptive this Host is! But you get what you pay for. It was only 80 a night over new years. The neighborhood has some interesting history. The River is a nice walk. The Coffee shop on the corner was great place to start your day.

Eher Hostel-Style
Die Kommunikation war vielversprechend, freundlich und verbindlich. Ich kann auch nicht verstehen, dass sich dahinter so eine abgewohnte Wohnung verbirgt. Und es war auch nach den Bildern und einer Bewertung von 9,0 nicht zu erwarten. Spinnweben an der Decken und den Lamen, die Abflüsse müffeln, der Kühlschrank hat wirklich widerlich gemüffelt, der Abfluss der Dusche floss kaum ab und in der Dusche ist Schimmel. Boden und Betten schienen sauber, das Bett war bequem. Wer damit gut leben kann und dafür einen günstigen Preis bekommt, wir keine Beanstandungen haben. Ich habe mich im Nachhinein geärgert, weil ich für 100€ mehr in einem guten Hotel (4 Sterne) mit Frühstück hätte übernachten können. Wir haben eh nicht gekocht in der Küche und wie gesagt, der Kühlschrank hat gestunken, so dass ich ungern Lebensmittel dort aufbewahrt habe.

It was fine for the price and location
Location was great because of people I know in Moabit. It’s not a location for tourists. Bath is unpleasant. The shower didn’t drain, which is horrible. Extra bath towels would have been nice for the 5 days we stayed. For some reason there were only three of everything (plates, etc.) in the kitchen. Very random.

L’appartamento ha tutto lo stretto necessario per passare una piacevole vacanza. Comunicazione con i proprietari ottima. Zona connessa ai mezzi, sopratutto ai bus che abbiamo preso quotidianamente. Si nota che l’appartamento e la struttura non siano di recente costruzione, ma se ci si accontenta va tutto benissimo.

Die Kommunikation war vielversprechend, freundlich und verbindlich. Dass sich dahinter so eine abgewohnte Wohnung verbirgt, war nach den Bildern und einer Bewertung von 9,0 nicht zu erwarten. Uralter, teilweise defekter Herd, kaputter Wasserkocher, der trotz direkter Meldung, innerhalb von 4 Tagen nicht ersetzt wurde. Der ein oder andere Kantenschutz sowie Spritzschutz beim Herd, sowie etwas frische Farbe wären schon ein deutliches upgrade.  Wer darauf keinen Wert legt, kann hier gut ein paar Tage übernachten.

Petit appartement bien placé
Arrivée autonome facile. Quartier idéal au centre de Berlin. Couchages moyens (mous ou durs) Hôte « aux petits soins », répond vite aux messages et à chaque demande. Cuisine très usagée. L’hôte a déjà prévu des rénovations ;) Facile d’accès et compréhensif, le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et amical. Nous recommandons cette location.

Sauber toller Service
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es hatte alles was man für einen kurz Urlaub benötigt. Die Matratze könnte ausgetauscht werden da sie schon etwas eingelegen ist. Bad kann ich wie die anderen Rezensionen bestätigen. Fazit für einen Kurzurlaub absolut ausreichend. Service super nette Kontakt , Bettwäsche und Handtücher wären inklusive sowie 2 kleine Goodies bei Anreise. ☺️

Tolle Unterkunft
Ich kann das Guesthouse Moabit nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist top für eine Städtereise nach Berlin. Die Unterkunft ist zwar einfach, und z.B. der Herd und Bad sind schon recht alt, aber es ist sauber und gepflegt und vor allem mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet und durchdacht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall!

Unterkunft für Familienbesuch
Die Wohnung wurde nur zur Übernachtung genutzt und wegen der Nähe zur Verwandtschaft ausgewählt. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Bad hat seine beste Zeit schon hinter sich, aber die Dusche mit dem heissen Wasser und kräftigen Strahl entschädigt dafür. Moabit hat viele kleine Läden, Restaurants, Cafés und fast einen französischen Charme.

Wir würden wieder kommen…
Super netter und entspannter Gastgeber, sehr entgegenkommend beim Check-In, sehr gute Parkplatzsituation, Unterkunft wie beschrieben mit gutem Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis. Küche gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Kaffee und Kaffeefilter. Es könnte allerdings etwas sauberer sein. Dafür gibts ein Stern Abzug, da wir es schon als störend empfanden.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Die Kommunikation war vielversprechend, freundlich und verbindlich. Dass sich dahinter so eine abgewohnte, schmuddelige und ungastliche Wohnung verbirgt, war nicht zu erwarten. Die Möbel sehen teilweise nach Sperrmüll aus. Die Betten und das Sofa/Bettgestell sahen okay aus, wir haben bei dem Allgemeinzustand der Wohnung auf eine Übernachtung dort verzichtet. Der Preis für die Wohnung ist natürlich günstig und wir haben eine einfache Ausstattung erwartet. Aber der Zustand der Wohnung war für uns nicht in Ordnung. Die Küche ist so ungepflegt, dass ich jeden Gegenstand vor Benutzung erstmal abwaschen würde. Daher ist die Wohnung für uns nicht empfehlenswert.

Ferienwohnung in Berlin
Die Wohnung, war sehr schön, alles sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren dabei. Der Vermieter und seine Kollegin waren sehr freundlich. Alles was man sich wünscht war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz war unweit zu finden und nicht kostenpflichtig. Wir werden sie immer wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Berlin reisen.

Simple and comfy place
This place was very comfortable. Gregor was easy to reach to let us in - and from there we never had any worries. Very private and secure. Lots of good food in the neighborhood and easy transportation methods everywhere. Nothing fancy but it fit our needs and was comfy.

Perfekt für einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub
Check In war sehr Flexibel und mega freundlich. Wenn man etwas extra braucht wie Bügeleisen- alles kein Problem. Ruhiges Haus, man hat alles dort was man braucht. Der Kontakt wart auch mega angenehm. Aber so kennen wir die Berliner. Kommen gerne wieder. Ach, es gab mal ein Problem mit einer Türe - stand in einer Bewertung. Das wurde wohl behoben. War alles super. Danke

Alles was man braucht
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnukg sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, in der Küche ist alles da). Klein und Fein - sauber - gute Lage mit guter Anbindung und vielen guten Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Gregor verlief reibungslos☺️ Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir auch unseren Hund mitnehmen durften. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
