With its multi-level design, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the views. The well-equipped island kitchen has everything needed to create your favorite dishes, including new stainless steel appliances and lots of countertop prep space, and then dine indoors or out on the spacious deck. The living and dining area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for spectacular water views, a large leather sectional, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. The lower level game room, complete with a comfortable sectional and convenient wet bar, is the place to gather for fun games of pool, foosball, and air hockey.

For additional daily fees, you and your guests are also welcome to enjoy a wide variety of Ocean Pines amenities and activities, including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a playground. Grab a cool beverage at the end of the day and head to the deck to take in the colorful sunset sky.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
