"The owner was very accommodating, very good communication. Wonderful older farm house that is typical for the area. I would say some of the window blinds need replacing and the traffic during the day is fast but plenty of yard for our doggie to play. Overall graet place for a relaxing stay. We will be back!"

"A unique little place with character! As grandparents (who can climb the stairs!) we thoroughly enjoyed our daughter and grandson visiting us throughout the day for hanging out and dinners! Very roomy first level with greatflooring for kids to play. Large kitchen for home cooked meals too! "

"The property had so many amenities not found at other VRBOs, the view was amazing, it really made our Thanksgiving special. Would highly recommend. "

"As noted above, the location and property description were great. There was an issue with the wifi though, which caused too much communication with the owner and manager. We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). At one point in a text string I received "I don't know what to tell you, several other guests have had no problem" - which was not helpful at all. It turned out that the...

"We celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday with her children and grandchildren. There was 19 of us and the space was great for what we needed. The game room was great. Everything was neat and clean. "

"This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p"

"We had a wonderful weekend. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for- comfortable, clean, spacious and a quick drive to downtown! We loved that off street parking was available. The house was stocked with the basics- toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. which is always appreciated! The snacks and water were so thoughtful. The kids and adults enjoyed the space! The host was also immediately available for any questions that came up. We would happily stay here again! Thanks again! "

"Rented this for my daughter’s wedding party. They were very happy with the place. It was spacious and very clean. Large circular driveway. Location was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Ankit the owner, was very responsive to a few questions we have. I would highly recommend for a large group stay."

"Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. "The house is very cute. The kitchen is well stocked with most equipment you would need. Nice that linens and towels are included. Have to walk past approx10 homes to get down to water and park. Easy location to get to 20A and neighboring lakes."

"My wife called it "charming". Well updated property on the Erie Canal, very close to SUNY campus and would be ideal for visiting your kids at the college. Plenty of space, clean bathrooms, hot water, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and excellent prompt communication with the property's rep. Will stay again!"
