Double Room: A spacious and bright room with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, smart TV, high-quality finishes and direct access to the first bathroom. Perfect room for a regenerating rest.



Second Bedroom: Also equipped with a double bed. Tastefully furnished, it offers a comfortable and cosy environment, with smart TV to enjoy your favourite programmes.



Bathrooms:



Main Bathroom: Inside the first bedroom, modern and functional, with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Equipped with towels and luxury toiletries.



Second Bathroom: Elegantly finished, with a shower, washbasin and WC, to ensure maximum comfort for guests.



Lounge:

A cosy and well-appointed area with a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, designer kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious homemade meals, with a peninsula-style shelf for you to make quick meals, a huge dining table that can also be folded away in case you don\'t want to use it.



Terrace:

A large private terrace with dining table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. The icing on the cake is a luxurious spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and the sun loungers perfect for a day of total relaxation.

the flat has a private covered garage in which you can put your car.



In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
