There's nothing like the expansive, breathtaking views from nearly every room of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. On the deck you can hear the roar of the Deschutes River below and watch it stream through a forest of Ponderosa Pines. Whether you are seeking outdoor adventures or cozy relaxing, you'll find this to be an ideal location.

The beautiful views give you the feeling of being secluded in nature while you are also conveniently close to all the fun in and around Bend. You will have endless options for activities in the warmer months with golf, mountain biking, river-floating, hiking and kayaking nearby. The Old Mill District is a short drive (1.5 miles) where you'll find shopping, dining and nightlife. Drive a little further (2.5 miles) to downtown Bend and enjoy amazing restaurants, breweries, and shopping. If mountain sports are on your agenda, Mt. Bachelor (the fifth largest ski resort in North America) is just a 20 minute drive.

If you'd rather slow down on vacation and leave your car in park, you'll find this condo has you covered. Spend some time enjoying the view while soaking in the BRAND NEW private hot tub on the deck (seats 2 to 4 people). The Mt. Bachelor Village Resort has an outdoor kids' play structure, large heated outdoor pool (March - October) and two community hot tubs, which are open year round. Hiking and biking trails are located just off of the property. An entrance to the Deschutes river trail is just down the hill and allows you to walk up and down either side of the rushing river water.

In the condo itself you'll find all the necessities for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, including updated stainless steel appliances. A gas grill is located on the deck, along with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside, there is seated dining for four, as well as breakfast bar seating for two. The living room has a large sectional couch and gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing.

For your entertainment, you'll find a flatscreen TV, HD cable, high speed internet, Blu-ray DVD player. You can access streaming video services with your own account (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video). There is also a DVD library of over 50 classic movies and plenty of board games to enjoy.

One bedroom features a KING SIZE BED and the other a queen. The living room couch includes a pull out queen size bed, with an upgraded mattress. This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. All bed linens purchased new in September of 2017. The layout and size of this condo make it a perfect choice for a family to enjoy time together, but have enough space to spread out.

For your convenience there is an in unit washer and dryer, ironing board with iron, alarm clocks and hair dryers in each bathroom. For travelers with children we offer a pack 'n play, portable high chair, and small stool for little ones to reach the bathroom sink (all available upon request).

Incredible condo and location! Close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of town. Love that we were right above the Deschutes River...so could hear the river sound. Condo had everything we needed plus more.Of course we spent a lot of time out on the deck. We had family with us for 2 nights....and they loved it. Would Definitely stay again!!

Easy getaway

We had a great time staying in Escape to Bend condo!! There were two of us and we had more than enough room to spread out. The condo is well appointed and the hot tub was greatly appreciated after a day of skiing.

Convenience Galore

If you start your day in the early morning, you'll catch incredible sunrises from the floor to ceiling windows. This condo has all the ammenities of home...thoughtful and well-stocked kitchen, convenient hooks in the bathrooms and at the hot tub, plenty of towels for bathing and pool use. It was especially wonderful to have two master suites! Conveninetly located to both Mt. Bachelor and Bend. We will be back!

Christmas Week

We were lucky enough to visit Bend over Christmas Week. We skied on Christmas Day and then returned to the condo and soaked in the hot tub with snow coming down! How amazing is that? This condo is very spacious and the layout is visually appealing. Of course, the location above the Deschutes River and near both downtown and Mount Bachelor make it very special. This condo is so well organized, everything works and directions are easy to follow. A real plus is the storage room that works equally well for ski gear or bicycles in the summer. Lovely area of Bend off Century drive, right above the Deschutes River. Beautiful home, with incredible sunrise view. Loved the layout, deck, fireplace and hot tub. Close to river walk, yet minutes from mill district. Owner very nice, responsive, helpful.

Amazing stay with a beautiful view

We absolutely loved our stay here - the windows with the view over the valley with the pine trees and Deschutes River below were absolutely gorgeous. The place is close to restaurants, a quick drive to downtown Bend and Old Mill, and on a nice property. The kids loved the playground on-site. The place is very spacious and had everything we needed.

Amazing Condo

The sunrise view from the deck, the sound of the rushing river and this beautiful condo made this getaway full of great memories. We look forward to returning next October. The riverwalk is only a couple of hundred yards from the front door and a wonderful path leading to The Old Mill District. We had a delicious lunch at a Peruvian restaurant named Hola. Amazing place to stay!

We were a group of 4 ladies (1 from Oregon and 3 from Illinois) that did a ultimate road trip around Oregon after the Illinois-Oregon football game! We spent a few days at the coast and then drove to Bend to enjoy the mountains! This condo was the absolute perfect rental that we could ask for! It was so cozy, clean and supplied with everything we could have asked for! So thoughtful of you to have so many things available for us to use while we were there! The 1st night we decided to stay in since the place was so nice! We turned on the fireplace, ordered pizza for delivery, relaxed in the hot tub watched Twilight from the DVD library! Loved listening to the river from the balcony! The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were great! Perfect for 4 ladies to get ready at the same time without feeling cramped. Thank you so much for the wonderful accomodations and we will be back for our next road trip!

Comfortable, convenient to downtown, walking trails. Space had everything we needed. Appreciated the private bath off the 2nd bedroom. Host was very easy to communicate with and we appreciated knowing we could check in early. All of us said weā€™d return in the future

Wonderful Bend Condo

I can't imagine a better place for a visitor to stay in Bend. I was traveling solo for hiking, and the area and condo felt very welcoming and safe. Everything from the excellent instructions to the comfortable and well-supplied rooms could not have been better. The sounds of the river are lovely, and the private hot tub on the deck is a real bonus!
