We enjoyed our stay. One of the best places in Bend. Not happy with the surprise resort fee and other charges, but overall nice stay!

Room is right next to the road and your patio is facing a parking lot. Temperature and air in room is stale at times and bathroom fan needs to stay on to keep bathroom from getting muggy. Unfortunately the blankets on the bunk beds had hair in that did not belong to us and the front desk sent additional blankets that also included human hair in them. The location is great and very close to shopping and food. My children loved the indoor and outdoor pool. This room requires you to walk a short distance to reach the pool while crossing over a bridge. Overall it was a nice stay for my family and we would come back.

The room was accommodating except there was no microwave in the room. Had to use a community microwave. Couldnā€™t believe that for the price we paid. It wasnā€™t even cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff!Other than that it was fine.

I really enjoyed the stay here. The room was cute, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff was excellent. There were a couple things I wish went more smoothly and some things communicated better. I booked on Vrbo, so it could be on them. The listing said there was a microwave and a fire pit but it was a communal microwave, one per building and according to the hotel I didnā€™t get a room with a fire pit, even though Vrbo said it did. I really depended on this as I have young to older kids. That was not fun and the trip became more complicated. The room was always too warm and never felt cooled down.I would stay here again but not book through Vrbo. Only through the hotel.

Driving up to the site it looked clean, well maintained and visually pleasing. It is on a very busy roadway, but our room was at the back of the site and it was quiet. The check-in process was friendly and quick. Eac room has a patio and we thought our room would have a river view but about half of the rooms actually face a parking lot. Our room was one with a parking lot view. Entering the building that our room was located in was a little bit of a let down. The carpets and interior were well maintained, but the hallway seemed narrow with dark carpets and white walls-clean but blah. The room was really nice. It seemed like it had a recent update and the bathroom looked fresh and was clean. The beds, including the bunk beds were clean and comfortable. They provided plenty of towels for our party. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was large and the hot tub was large. The landscaping was also extensive and well maintained. In all it was a nice stay.
