Dogs only, no other animals are allowed. Please inform us of your plans to bring your dog. One or two dogs less than 75 lbs. Pet fee applies. Owner must verify proof that dog is current on all vaccines and flea medications. Guest will pick up/clean up all pet waste and will be responsible for costs associated with remediation of fleas, or damage from dog. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

In the summer, grab a paddleboard or float tube and hit the Deschutes River, maybe even catch a local concert as you float past Hayden Homes Amphitheater! Take a on Cascade Lakes Highway and visit Central Oregon's unforgettable high lakes. Swim in pristine mountain waters and enjoy volcanic sand beaches under the sun.

At the crossroads of Galveston Ave and everything fun on Bend's near west side, you will base camp at this ideal all-season getaway. Remodeled 3BR/2BA home features comfortable furniture full kitchen, and a one-of-a-kind back yard with a firepit.

Choose from a wide variety of must-sees and must-haves including a host of restaurants, shops, breweries, and entertainment options. Downtown is a casual stroll which takes you past the epic Deschutes. You can catch S Century Drive just 3 blocks away and take the straight shot to Mt Bachelor for all things slope related. You'll be there in 30 minutes or less.

When it's time to unwind, you can do so by stretching out on the large sectional in the living room and queuing up your favorite streaming entertainment.

Prepare you faves in the kitchen where you'll find everything you need to feed the team. The 6-top dining table keeps everyone together to share the best the day had to offer, or to make plans over breakfast.

Take the chill off sitting around the firepit under the stars. Please note that the firepit is shared with the adjacent unit.

Stay on the grid if necessary, with complimentary WiFi.

Pack light - a full size washer and dryer is in the home.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests for parking and the garage doors do not open. The garage is accessible for access to the backyard, but please do not touch the items in the garage other than the bikes, inner tubes and paddle boards.

Venture out to go hiking, biking, or snowshoeing at the adjacent Overturf Park (0.5 miles). The kids in your group will love the playgrounds at Harmon and Columbia Parks -- both just an 8-minute walk away.

Find a beach, river floating, and lovely vistas at Riverbend Park (1.5 miles).
Enjoy dazzling views at The Lava Lands Visitor Center (12 miles).

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
