Loved out stay at this home! Clean and updated while still giving cozy and classic cabin vibes. Host was amazing at staying in touch in run up to our stay and great at responding during stay. Loved the game room in the garage too. We will definitely be coming back! Hopefully sooner then later.

Great location, beautiful home, great deck, great amenities, bikes, baby pool, kitchen, the problem was that the air condition worked great on the lower level but not good at all upstairs, especially in the back room, the only vent was in the bathroom. One of the reasons we chose this house was for the air conditioning. The fans were not enough to cool down the rooms at night, and so when we opened the windows there was smoke from the wildfires, so it was uncomfortable. Also, the many levels of the floors downstairs on the main level were not a problem for the adults but for the young children we had to put up gates (thanks for the gates:) Also, just a safety concern, a storage door near the downstairs bathroom was unlocked, so we moved the cleaning supplies to the top to make sure the kids didn't get into it. Also, in the downstairs bathroom, the sink plug did not work. Lastly outside on the steps there is a nail that needs to be pounded down, I think it is the 3rd stair, in the middle. Also, maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned downstairs.

Fabulous Famiky Get a Way!
We had a wonderful time staying at 22 Rouge Lane. The home was the perfect size for our 3 families to come together for a full week of fun and complete relaxation. With 3 large bedrooms, all fully complete with king beds (extremely comfortable) each with their own on suite, 2 large living areas for kids and adults to spread out, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful deck with a large hot tub - this place had it all. Best though was the communications between us and the management. Extremely responsive and when there was any sort of problem or issue, they responded almost immediately ‘every time’. If you’ve ever stayed at a VRBO you know how important that is! Everything from the garage full of bikes and arcade games, clean and warm hot tub, shower hot water, AC, and kitchen appliances/fully stocked dishes and cookware, this place delivered! With the hope of more trips like this still to come, 22Rouge will definitely be on the ‘short list’ of places we’ll hope to find! 👍

This property really needs to be updated for the amount that they charge for the rental. Very dark inside, older and dirty carpet. Plus, cobwebs throughput the cabin and dirty dishes in cupboards. Also, items in the kitchen that don’t work, or were so worn that they weren’t easy to use. Very disappointed in general.

Lots of levels
If you have littles who aren’t super good with steps or elderly who aren’t this isn’t the best house. There were four different “levels” on the main level of the house. Also, the master bedroom downstairs is immediately connected to the room with two twin beds, it’s not very clear in the listing but you go through a “room” with two twin beds, pass through a curtain (not even a door) to get to the queen bed. A bit weird.

Cozy Family friendly Cabin
The perfect spot to bring the family and enjoy all that sun river has to offer. The garage has bikes and games which was very cool. King suites give plenty of room to spread out. The family room was perfect for relaxing and playing games. Centrally located and close to the river where there is a network of hiking and biking trails. Dog friendly too. We will be back for sure.

This house was perfect! We had such an amazing time! Our kids kept saying that this is one of their favorite rentals! We all had so much fun in the garage, we utilized the bikes, the board games, movies, hot tub, and the SHARC passes. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Beds were comfortable, we were surprised that the Master that you accessed through the twin bed room (which is mentioned in the description) did not have a door between the 2 rooms just a curtain. A little disappointed!
This home was a little disappointing for the amount of money we paid. The toilets were not clean,lots of cob webs and carpets were very dirty. The home has air conditioning but unfortunately it was extremely cold downstairs and very warm upstairs. On a good note the games and the bikes were great,everyone loved the pinball machine. Hot tub was great and the kitchen was well stocked. Sharc was closed the whole time we were there so we didn’t get to swim which was a real let down. The rental company was easy to book with and very nice.

Lovely Sunriver home away from home!
My family of 4 stayed at this home the last week of April and loved it. It was set up with every convenience and had extras like the gaming garage, which was a huge hit! The hot tub, nice large bedrooms, and location were all perfect as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals and we were so happy to be able to have our small dog join. The house was lovely. Our only complaint was that Sharc was closed for switching seasons maintenance the entire week, so we couldn't swim at all. They didn't inform us until the week prior to our stay. They were also maintaining the trees/brush daily with chainsaws/lots of trucks and workers outside our door everyday. If we go back, it will be solidly in-season!

Very nice house, especially the beds and the linen were amazing. Linen so soft and the mattress were perfect. The only small but the neglectable disappointment was that the owner charges something to use the pinball. But maybe understandable considering that it can break with overuse. So I mentioned it more for expectation to bring some coins.
