Family-friendly attractions like the High Desert Museum, Sunriver Nature Center, and The Village at Sunriver are also all within quick driving distance. During your stay, take a short stroll and access the SHARC facilities, including multiple pools, hot tubs, athletic courts, playgrounds, and golf.

After a day filled with adventure, quickly get comfortable amidst the home's unique wood finishes and gas fireplace in the living room. Hunger is sure to arise after hours of activity and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances. Mealtime is just as pleasant of an experience with dining available window-side or alfresco. Down the hall, the four bedrooms are sizable and simply decorated, all cooled by central air - a rarity for PNW listings! For added privacy, the bonus room is detached from the main home (above the garage) and accessible via a covered breezeway. A washer/dryer and internet access round out the marvelous interior amenities.

Sip your morning coffee on the front deck, and as the sun begins to set over the pines, head for the back deck (an enclosed dog-friendly area with a gate to the lawn below) where grilling and stargazing sessions await.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
