Vivendos - Penthouse, Solarium, Pool and Parking

Nice and bright attic. It has a private solarium terrace on the upper floor with access from inside the house, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. It has a communal pool (open all year) and private parking inside the building. Availability of storage room next to the parking space on request. Well located near all services (bars, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) and 10 minutes walk from the beach.
WIFI, 40-inch Smart TV with satellite connection, hot and cold air conditioning, kitchen equipped with everything you need (hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Sofa bed in living room of 1.40 x 2 mtrs.

The neighborhood

Commercial and leisure area, well located, which allows you to walk to the main points of interest of the town.
Points of interest that you can access on foot:
- Beach, located 10 minutes (725 meters).
- Puerto Marina, one of the most beautiful marinas in Europe. 1 km
- Parque de la Paloma, emblematic large park with lake and animals in freedom 500 meters.
- Sea Life, marine aquarium with sharks in Puerto Marina.
-Selwo Marina, marine wildlife park (dolphinarium, penguins, sea lions, birds, ..) located next to the Paloma Park.
- Tivoli World, amusement and entertainment park, located approximately 1.3 km.
- Telespheric Benalmadena, allows you to climb Mount Calamorro located at 769 meters above sea level and spectacular views of the Costa del Sol, with show of birds of prey and several hiking trails, located 1.3 km. of the apartment.
- Arroyo de la Miel Center, with numerous bars and restaurants.

How to move
- Commuter train 12 min. on foot that connects in a few minutes with Malaga center (where you can visit: Picasso Museum, Tissen, Pompidur, Russian .., historic center, etc ...), airport, train station, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
- You can also connect with these locations and others such as Marbella, Mijas and Benalmádena Pueblo (three typical Andalusian white villages) on a regular bus line.
- Taxi stand 2 minutes away.

Just amazing......
The overall experience of staying in the apartment was 5 star. The apartment is situated amongst some of the the nicest restaurants Benalmadena has to offer. There are plenty of cafes, bars and supermarkets within short walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, kitchen utensils and essentials provided, they had literally thought of everything.... The aircon was worked brilliantly, both front room and bedroom also had ceiling fans which was a bonus when cooling down the rooms. The roof terrance has the most amazing views of the mountains and sea, We spent mornings watching the sun rise and evenings watching the stars. The only issue we had was the bed was slightly firmer than what we were used to, which caused quite a few issues at night time, and there was no loungers around the pool. Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend this apartment.

Did not disappoint
Apartment was available for us earlier in the daythan expected. Very clean and in fantastic location for buses and trains and the beach - all were within 10 minutes walk. Bars and restaurants were plentiful and for all budgets. Irene from Vivendos was just a text or phone call away, and extremely helpful, especially when our return flight was cancelled. She made a room for storing our luggage available so we didnt have to drag them around with us.We have no hesitation in recommening this property and the agent

Great appartment
Location of the appartment was really good, appartment was everything that was promised and the roof terrace was the best. The service was excellent. Our flight was many hours late and still the host wait for us so we could get to the appartment althougt it was almost midnight!

The apartment was as great as we remembered. Great facilities in a great location. The roof area is what makes the apartment extra special. Located close to everything you need with easy access to the train station for exploring. We were looked after this time by Irene abd her team. Always available if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

We used the apartment as a comfortable base from which to day trips and a few overnight stays to Granada, Seville & Cordoba. Unfortunately we got sick during this time and the apartment and our hosts were outstanding.

Lovely apartment in great location
The apartment had everything and more to enjoy our holiday. The apartment has a very comfortable lounge area, the kitchen had everything we needed plus a great coffee maker which was a bonus. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom too. The roof terrace was brilliant with sofa, chairs and sun loungers PLUS the views were amazing both to the mountains and over the rooftops to the sea. Bus stops for both directions within a few minutes walk, the beach close walking distance, and Arroyo although uphill was still no more than 10 minutes. The train station at Arroyo easily accessible by foot or bus too. With many good bars, cafes and restaurants close by to mention, we as pensioners found it an ideal location and will certainly return.

Excellent Apartment
The apartment is excellent and is as described in listing, with everything you would need for your holiday . The rooftop solarium sets the apt. apart, its a wonderful space to enjoy the sun , the great views or just relax in the shade with a drink. We mainly had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area to suit all tastes. We preferred going 10 mins up the hill to Arroyo de la Miel area rather than down to the beach for eating. Hosts were accommodating and met us late at night on a different day after original flight was cancelled this was much appreciated.

Lovely apartment with great views
This is a lovely apartment in an ideal location for the bars and restaurants around Bonanza Square. The roof terrace is lovely with fantastic views. The apartment is well equipped with a large TV which has access to Amazon Prime and Netflix ( if you have an account) but no British channels such as BBC and ITV. The bedroom is slightly small but is has a good quality double bed. All in all we had a lovely stay and it was great to get back to Benalmadena x

Amazing place in a great location
Amazing apartment with a wonderful roof terrace. We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is perfect between the beach and city with a big supermarket just next door. Would definitely recommend this place.

Best Apartment yet! 100% perfection
What can I say, one of the best we have stayed in on the Costas, we were met by the lovely host Nuria and her son who explain everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was spotless and had everything to make our stay feel like home from home, in a central location to train station (10 mins walk), beach (10 mins walk) and many many local bars and restaurants right on the doorstep including a large supermarket. The block and apartment felt very secure, we never heard any noise from either the block or surrounding bars at any time during the day and night. The best thing about this apartment is the FABULOUS roof terrace which attracts all day sun and has fab views all the way to Malaga and across the sea. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of booking this apartment. I have already booked to return next Xmas and will have no hesitation to book again, pending availability as I expect an apartment of this standard to be fully booked way in advance.

Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien.Nuria nous a permis d’arriver bien avant l’heure,elle nous a fait visiter et expliquer tout le fonctionnement de l’appartement.Donne pleins de conseils et elle s’est occupée de nos réservations taxis privés.Il n’y manque rien,même la climatisation y est silencieuse,pour la nuit c’est génial.Vue sur la mer avec levé du soleil,terrasse à 360• ensoleillée toute la journée,piscine très propre toute la semaine.Proche des plages,commerces et restaurants.Nous recommandons fortement ,sans hésiter nous y retournerons.Merci Nuria
