"We so enjoyed our stay ! The apartment is very nice with a cozy cabin feel. The view of the lake and autumn colors were vibrant! We especially enjoyed afternoon/evening campfires. Jeannie checked us in and made sure we were comfortable.....also offered information about colorful scenic drives and hiking trails. I would recomend a stay at her apartment if youre in the Northern MN area !! :)"

"4 of us stayed here for a week for a fishing trip in early October. We found the cabin to in excellent condition and very clean with an adequate supply of linens and towels. Perch fishing was excellent. We caught many 14"+ each day we were there in the weed beds between the cabin and Goose Island. Walleye fishing was slow during our stay but the ones we caught were all 19"-22". The cabin is somewhat remote, it is about 20 minutes from the town and Cass Lake and 25 minutes from Walker but...

"Stayed here twice (so far) while passing through for Christmas holidays. The rooms are always super clean, smell fresh, and are toasty warm for the winter. Forest Lake Restaurant is a quick walk from the rooms (2 minutes) and has excellent food. We love stopping here."
