This beautiful apartment with a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful garden has all the ingredients for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday in Le Marche. It is suitable for a family, a few friends or 2 couples. The area is quiet and perfect for trips. The nearest beach is a 23 km drive from the property and the nearby center of Belvedere Ostrense has several shops, cafes and restaurants. The first thing you notice on arrival is the beautiful view: to the east you can see the medieval castle town of Belvedere Ostrense and to the west the mountain peaks of the Apennines, which slope down to the rolling hills of the Marche. Start the day with a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (open from May to September) and relax on the sun loungers. A table tennis table is available for entertainment, while the washing machine ensures that you can travel light. The friendly and discreet owners live on the same property and will welcome you warmly on arrival. Note: The swimming pool is shared with the homeowner and is located in the common area of the apartment complex. Also, the apartment is within a shared complex. However, it does provide individual access for guests. The air conditioning is available in only one bedroom.
