The dining room was large enough for a family sit down dinner And the living room had plenty of seating. The only recommendation is that the furniture be updated, Some of the dining room chairs had springs hanging down or arms that were not attached, The living room couch was fallen on the side of the recliner and the pullout couch in the living room was missing some springs and not usable...

"The place is clean and as advertized. The location is great--easy access by car to everything you want to do in KC and walkable to the 39th St. shops/restaurants. There are steps to get into the place and then steps to the second floor where the bedrooms and bath are located. It's not a problem for most, but something to be aware of for people with limited mobility. You can see it in the pictures, so it shouldn't surprise anyone. Jim is a great host. Easy communication and check in process....

"We enjoyed staying at this funky, in-town, upper floor apartment which is so different from our suburban neighborhood home. Elegant historic building that provided easy access to shopping (Country Club Plaza), the Royals game (Kauffman Stadium) and very cool restaurants. The apartment is very upscale, well appointed with all the amenities of home. Awesome place."

"Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much."

"This House was a great Space for 3 adult couples. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Beautiful Kitchen. All updated. Everything we needed was there. We went to Lew’s Grill for dinner. Love the location. Was an easy drive to Arrowhead Stadium. We will definitely be booking this house in the future for fun KC weekends. "

"Home was as advertised. Was really impressed with the comfortability of all of the rooms. For such an older home it had modern accommodations! On an extremely warm weekend even the upstairs bedrooms stayed cool making for a good nights rest. The only thing I would warn is that there is no main floor full bath or bedroom. We were traveling with a 92 y/o for a wedding but she was extremely comfortable on the couch. Communication was great when needed , but wasn’t needed much as everything was...

"The property is as described. It was nicely decorated, clean and had the necessary amenities. We were happy to find out the elevator was working. We didn't want to climb eight flights with luggage. The parking can be a little tricky if you don't hit the area at the right time. We had to drive around the block a few times because the off street parking was full. There were a lot of visitors to the museum because of homecoming pictures being taken. Otherwise we were veey pleased with our stay. "
