"My grandson had an allergic reaction the day we arrived. . We were at the hospital all day. The Dr. told us if he wasn't better in the morning, he'd be admitted. We left that night. The front desk manager, Leah Kocke, was very sympathetic and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my grandson is doing so much better. "Decided to spend some time on the Florida coast with some friends. They also stayed in the same condos that we were in. We were all very excited to find everything as listed. The apartment was clean had everything you needed and the view was amazing. No detail was missed. Although we didn’t have the best weather while we were there, we still had an amazing time. Comfortable beds, comfortable couch plenty of blankets. Air-conditioning works great! "
