The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware. "This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided. The house had two wonderful outdoor second story decks with great views of the water and the ferry dock. Location was perfect, so convenient to ferry and market. Two things not great. Although it had an AC unit in every bedroom that all worked fine which made ground floor cool and comfortable, the main living...

"The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. "Great location. Great house. Close to ocean and bay. House was fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could make large family meals. Two nice sized bedrooms. Third small bedroom had 4 bunk-style twin beds. Fourth bed was a loft accessible by ladder. "

"Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. The way the beds are arranged requires one person to crawl over the other to get out of bed since they’re pushed up against the wall. (Not a dealbreaker but something to consider for guest comfort). "Great property. Close to Westhampton (10 min) Large private yard with nice pool for entertaining. Main house is cottage like with plenty of room for a family. Pool house is more modern and has large living area, full bath, EIK and downstairs king bedroom where a separate family or kids could stay apart from the main house closer to pool area. The location is very close to Town of Westhampton, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. The location also has supermarket, Rite Aid and liquor store...

"Wonderfully quaint! Our stay was perfect. I felt like I was at home. Everything you need for a few days stay or even longer. Super clean and inviting. Communication was absolutely hospitable! No regrets and I would definitely stay again!"

"We loved our stay in this home! It was the perfect size for our extended family. It was well appointed. The kids loved playing in both levels of the garage. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all comfy. We even took a dip in the cold pool! The owner was responsive to our requests and met all of our needs. I highly recommend this home!"

"We stayed on Long Island for 4 nights to coach a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament. This property was spacious enough to host my wife and I along with 4 other coaches (6 adults total). We were also able to bring our two jack russells with us. We had a great time, and look forward to staying here again."
