This is ONE OF TWO CONDO UNITS WE MANAGE - ONLY STEPS APART FROM EACH ANOTHER. Please enter Property ID #: 2257060 (VRBO search bar) if this unit is booked on your dates; &/or if interested in another Condo for added friends or family to join. Both Condos are very similar with same resort amenities.

Step inside and you will immediately feel at home. Living Room features wood fireplace & doorwall to deck. Fully stocked Kitchen. Nice high top dining table for meals and games. 2 bedrooms: one offers king bed & the other offers full bed with an upper bunk. Full bath with tub/shower.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable on edge of bluff - awesome views!! Overlook from high on the mountain to the beautiful waters of Lake Bellaire. The sunsets will amaze you!

When you rent this great condo from us:
1) You have access, as our guest, to The (private) Beach Club. The Beach Club is just a short drive away (1.5 mile) & offers: friendly guests, sandy beach, lounge chairs, pavilion, gas grills, clean restrooms, kitchen, awesome play area for kids, boat dock and FREE public Boat/PWC launch right next to Beach Club
2) Like the pool better or need just a quick dip? Huge gated pool with plenty of lounge chairs just a few steps away from the condo.
3) Separate parking for boats or snowmobiles.
4) Heated outdoor pools/hot tubs & indoor pools available after your long, fun days on the slopes.
5) Only minutes from great skiing and snowboarding (full terrain park) at Schuss Mountain & Summit. Plus free and safe resort shuttles run all day and night between all the properties - including downtown Bellaire.

The historic town of Bellaire offers several eateries, Short's Microbrew (great brew & bands), unique little shops, a cozy first-rate movie theater, and concerts in the street. Of course, all the necessities of groceries & banks are nearby!

Stay with us & you have a great central location for all of your vacation ventures -- Family Tubing w magic carpet access to the top is located just minutes from the condo. Downhill, Snowboard, or Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Snowshoe, Golf at The Legend, Cedar River, Schuss, Summit, The Chief, or Hawks Eye (all within 2-3 miles). The Summit Course is great and affordable for Family play. Hiking trails, driving range & tennis nearby, swim at the indoor/outdoor pool at Schuss Mountain or the outdoor pool at “The Lodge”. The Northern wineries make the most of the Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsula's perfect climate for growing grapes, creating award-winning wines and offering the ultimate in spectacular Michigan wine tours. Also, Turtle Creek Casino is only 25 minutes away. Or visit all the nearby towns to shop and dine - Bellaire, Elk Rapids, Alden, Traverse City, Petoskey, Charleviox, Mackinaw Island, (all just a short drive away). Wonderful stay with a beautiful view
We had a lovely stay in this cozy condo. The view from the deck is fabulous! There were plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. Communication with our host was wonderful!

Nice property/good location
Nice, cozy unit. Extremely clean. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Only thing missing was storage. Could not use the closet in master bedroom and no where to put our luggage. So we used the spare bedroom for that. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay there again. *pool was being resurfaced by the building so it was not in use and the hot tub at the hotel was out of service. Again these things were not a big deal to us but some may want to check their working condition if it’s important to you. Very close to Torch Lake, and as others have stated, it’s a good base location if exploring other areas such as Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. Communication with the owner was always quick and thorough. Of all the properties I have stayed in through the years, their welcome binder was the most complete and informative one I have ever seen.

Cute Condo with a Great View!
Cute condo with a great view! Perfect for our family of four - 2 adults, 2 children. Great location, we were able to visit Charlevoix multiple times, Petoskey, and loved rock hunting at Antrim Creek Natural Area! The kids LOVED swimming at the pool every night. We’d definitely stay here again!

Charming Northern MI Retreat: Cozy, Clean, & Perfectly Located with Stunning Patio View
I recently stayed at this property and it was accurately listed and met my expectations with its clean and cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect for relaxation, and I thoroughly enjoyed the resort pool and beach club. Communication with the owner was excellent, especially when they promptly resolved an AC issue we encountered on the first day. While I appreciated the stay, it is important to note that an in-unit washer/dryer is unavailable and I would have liked kitchen containers for leftovers and a cooler bag for outings. However, the gorgeous patio view more than made up for it!

Wonderful getaway
My family and I had an amazing time!! We loved this condo! It was so cozy and clean. Very quiet and peaceful and the sunsets were beautiful every night we were there! There was unlimited things to do. We really enjoyed the pools/hot tubs, loved visiting Torch Lake and rented a pontoon boat. We cannot wait to visit again!! Will forever cherish the memories we made. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful weekend
Our family had a wonderful weekend full of adventure! Condo was clean , check in was easy. Very organized kitchen . Lots of things to do on the property rain or shine. It was exactly what our family needed. We escaped from the every day crazy- enjoyed the pool, played outdoor games, worked out, took a trip into Traverse , Bellaire and Torch. Cooked dinner while watching a family movie. The kids loved the bunk bed. Great getaway for a long weekend. We plan on booking again!

The property was nice, there were a few things that needed some attention that would have helped the overall wow factor, such as it was nice that there was a washer and dryer (even though we didn't use it) but there was no storage space to place our items. The master bedroom closet was locked and the one in the hall was full of supplies, and then the kitchen pantry type closet was missing a door and had the stackable washer/dryer. Therefore our stuff just ended up in a pile on the floor in the living room for the time were there. If we had more than 2 adults and 2 kids, it would have been a bit more tight. We were skiing the entire weekend so really didn't have to spend much time there. Internet or cable up there has always been a challenge, not just with this unit and it would freeze or disconnect us, even when trying to use our computer to watch something since many of the channels said we had to log in and we couldn't find the information to sign in (but that could be my fault, I might have missed it in the binder). I would think that maybe the binder could be updated, it appeared to be outdated with some information, however we had owned up there for over 20 years so it wasn't as big of a deal for us. I was a bit surprised that we had to do all the trashes, strip the beds, etc or the fees seemed quite high. Typically at others we have not had to do quite so much, even when we would leave our prior unit, we didn't have to do any of those things, maybe the contract?

We were happy with the property which worked great for our family of 5. Close distance to the ski hill which is what we came up for! Kitchen had enough supplies for us to make meals at the condo and beds were comfortable. The fireplace was a nice bonus to relax each night.

Bellaire visit for Torch Lake.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We were easily able to access torch lake and many other surrounding lakes. We appreciate the time and effort these property managers take to give their guests the best time ever. Along with the extra time they spent calling us on the phone to talk to us about things to do nearby as this was our first time in Bellaire. We loved every minute of being up here and we will 100% be back!

Great condo to make as your home base while you check out the surrounding areas. Fully stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies. The balcony and view are great. Weekend Getaway
The condo was perfect for my family weekend getaway. We really enjoyed being able to utilize the pools at Shanty Creek as well as the private beach club at Lake Bellaire. The view from the back porch was beautiful as well and it was a great place to wake up with a cup of coffee and relax in the evening.

We personally thought it was a little overpriced for what we got. The beach was a little over rated. The condo was adequate, but certainly not worth the price paid. Closet was unavailable for hanging clothes Plenty of instructions in a binder, but most everything was out dated as far as instructions. The instructions upon leaving were a little over the top and some requests were more than we have ever experienced before. Would probably try a different location next time.

Beautiful area!
My husband and I and our 4 children stayed 2 nights in this cozy condo. The view off the back deck is absolutely stunning. We had a great time enjoying the pools and beautiful private beach we had access to. We would love to stay again sometime. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen including a keurig. Also, the property owner was kind and quick to respond to all questions we had. :)
