The historic center, known as Borgo, occupies the most extreme part of the promontory and is an endless succession of shops, shops and lively clubs. The other hamlets rise on the hill and on the two shores of the lake. We are in the hamlet of San Giovanni, a small fishing village on the Como branch, which has kept its ancient charm! The marina, the beaches, the always well-kept park, and the characteristic streets are always quiet and safe. We are 2km from the historic center, 150m from little beaches and 450m from the town's main beach (the only one equipped with a bar, restaurant and services). You can reach the lake in less of 5 minutes walking. Very close there is also a cafeteria, ideal for breakfast or an aperitif; the park with a play area for children and a fenced area for dogs; the small port with the boat stop, that is the best way to visit all the towns of Lake Como, boat rental without a license, bus stop (Guggiate) and the tourist train stop.
