"This property was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and one 10 year old grandchild. Very comfortable bed and pullout in living room suited our grandson a d was esy to fold away during the day. We could walk to most places we wanted to be i. St. John's and there was never any problem getting a parking spot on the street just outside the house. "We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"This property was an exceptional find. Exactly as advertised but with a view more spectacular than imagined. Very clean property with all the necessary amenities. The cottage was extremely comfortable and spacious with exceptionally beautiful bedrooms with loads of closet space. We were very well located to enjoy all the nearby villages such as Bay Roberts and Harbour Grace. We had exceptional weather which put the icing on the cake on our trip. "The house stunk. We washed the floors on arrival and there was dog hair all over. We opened windows for a week to get rid of smell. The patio area was disgusting and only had one chair and no bbq. None of the photos represented the house. The laundry area stinks"

"We had a fantastic time at this place. There was 4 of us staying there. Plenty of room and very cozy. Close to everything downtown we were able to walk around and see the sights. I had my girlfriend and daughter from Ontario with me, there first time in Newfoundland we really enjoyed ourselves. I would really recommend staying here if you like to sight see and be able to walk out for supper and few drinks and be able to walk back. We loved it. I will definitely be going back.. "This is the place to stay if you want to be close to downtown and surrounded by the charm of St. John's! Everything you need and more in the condo unit, very clean and super communication with owner."

"We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...
