360 degree Mountain Views in quiet setting

This apartment is adjacent to a 2-story barn style, recently painted white - wood home, that says “Montana”. Stunning views of the mountains on all sides and birds and wildlife abound. Deer, eagles, abundant birds, pheasant daily, and moose spotting within a mile of our home. Super quiet retreat to restore your soul. Less than 5 minutes to world class fly fishing on the Gallatin. Bridger Bowl ski is a beautiful 45 minute drive and Big sky ski is 59 miles. Bozeman is 25 minutes away. Yellowstone north and west gates are less than 2 hours. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations are 10 minutes away. 3 persons MAXIMUM. We are not equipped for larger groups.

Quick trip
My husband is a competitive shooter and there was a state sporting clays tournament in three forks. Instead of staying at a hotel, we decided to get something close to the facility but out of town a bit. Perfect combo! Close enough to both Belgrade and Manhattan, but far enough out that it was relaxing. The cows were a gracious neighbor!

Great stay!
We had an amazing time while staying here. We were 10 minutes from Manhattan and 10 from Belgrade but felt totally peaceful in the valley. Would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Respite in Montana
I was here to close on a house so this was the perfect place to unwind after many hectic hours in the day. Quiet, clean and picturesque farmland. Deer, birds, and more surrounded me. Located on a gravel road away from civilization, but with Roku TV and all of the conveniences of home. Katie is very responsive and friendly. I didn't meet Echo the cat, but loved Zoe the Golden!!

we loved it! it was a little far from most things tourism/shopping wise which was no problem for us! our only downside was how dark it gets at night on the road which is no fault of the owners at all, just a little spooky! mike and katie were wonderful hosts and we would definitely stay again :)

Beautiful location
The hosts were extremely accommodating and the view was amazing. The only down side was the well water had a strong sulfur smell. We bought bottled water and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property
We had a wonderful time visiting Montana for the first time. The property is beautiful and relaxing and a perfect launching point for downtown Bozeman and Yellowstone. The hosts are kind and welcoming.

Charming apartment close to Bozeman
Mike and Katie were fabulous hosts who truly thought of everything. The apartment itself was beautiful with the most comfortable bed after a long day of exploring. We were so grateful for the thoughtful extras like snacks and the booklet with tips on local attractions and restaurants. Perfect location close to Bozeman and less than 2 hours from Yellowstone! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Location and Friendly Accommodations!
Make sure you take the Frontage Road to get there. The first night, our GPS took us on an off-road adventure. Beautiful location and very friendly/personal accommodations! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the surrounding beauty because our mission was drop the kid off at school… but what we saw was beautiful!

Amazing!
Our stay here was amazing. It was quite, relaxing, and had everything we needed to enjoy our few days there. We would love to come back someday. I was really surprised how clean the place smelled. It smelled fresh, and like no one has ever stayed there before. We talked earlier in the year when we booked this place with the people who own it and they were very nice. We talked about how we wanted to make Montana our home, and this place gave us an idea of where we would like to be. A lot of wildlife and Mountain View’s were our favorite. Thank you for a great stay!

Peaceful stay
This little apartment has all the amenities you could think of plus a beautiful, peaceful setting in farm country. Our hosts were accommodating and communicative. We traveled to and from Bozeman for my Son's orientation at MSU (about 25 min.) We were able to enjoy hikes, a farmers market and dining out. When returning to the property in the evening we enjoyed sunsets over the cow pastures. We expect there will be opportunities to return.

Great Value and Location!
We stayed here while attending a wedding in Three Forks. It was the perfect little quiet retreat. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. For two of us, there was plenty of room to spread out. The host had an issue with the well water while we were there, but fixed it super quickly. Katie was very prompt and considerate with her communication. It's a very neat and tidy home, with zero clutter. Be ready to drive on some gravel and take in the big beautiful Montana sky during your stay! We hope to stay here again on our next trip!

Awesome Experience
This property is as advertised, and if you looking to experience the Gallatin Valley I would recommend staying here. You are close to Bozeman and the many rivers that run in the valley and it’s a quick trip to Big Sky for hiking or skiing In the winter. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. I had to work one day and the Wi-if worked flawlessly. Great views and the small extra’s, (coffee, milk, cereal) were great!

The Frymires were great hosts and responded to our every need - even talking to us about the valleys flora and fauna. Highly recommended. Near to Belgrade but feels like you are out in the middle of the best of Montana

A country paradise. We saw white tailed deer, a coyote, and a couple bald eagles during the 10 minute drive to get to the apartment from Belgrade. The drive was worth it! The owners bend over backwards to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one.

Montana relaxing
Peaceful and quiet with the occasional coyotes in the fields. The resident dog was friendly and never made a noise. We came in way after dark and he would just stand on the deck and look over us and observe the property. The accommodations were great and worked perfect for us. Clean and tidy. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
