"This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "

"Most beautiful country home to stay in. Very cozy and warm. Hosts were very nice and we enjoyed our chats with them. It’s a working farm and my husband coming from the farm really enjoyed that. Our best stay here in Wales or Britain as we are here for 6 weeks in all. Very nice walks on the road and the villages were beautiful. Very quiet stay as well and the bed was excellent. Very important. "

"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. "We stayed three night in the garden studio and it was great. We were provided lots of information prior to our arrival. Paul met us when we arrived and showed us around. The garden studio is lovely. Very comfortable bed room with a table and chairs. Well Stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, a single ring camping cooker if you want to cook. "This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "We absolutely loved staying here. The photos really don’t do the barn justice, it’s so much bigger than we thought and we had so much space. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The bedrooms are lovely and all the beds are really comfortable. The barn is lovely and warm with underfloor heating which was a huge bonus. the owners let us have a late checkout which was amazing because it was our wedding weekend, so we could have breakfast with our family. "Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!"

Staff terrível

"Staff nota 0. Limpeza praticamente inexistente. Cheguei de viagem e me deparei com o chao do quarto sujo: chao melecado, papel jogado e um guarda-chuvas no canto do quarto. Sem falar na sacada que nunca foi limpa na vida. Tambem nao substituem os ammenities do banheiro. A recepcao tambem nao é nada simpatica. Staff muito fraca no geral. "
