"We had a wonderful time! The cabin was very neat and clean. It was close to everything, and we had a beautiful view of the lake. It was on a quiet street which was fantastic for my 8 and 10 year old. They enjoyed being about to ride their bikes and one wheels around. We would definitely stay here again, if/when we come back to this area. Also, if you are going to the Mammoth Caves take Green River ferry. It will take about 25 minutes off of your trip. "Loved the Robins Nest. Lovely inside and out. The porch was relaxing, Bed (we only slept in the downstairs one) was super comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. We were there to go to Mammoth Cave, and it was about 30 minutes away, so convenient and yet not overrun with other tourists. The neighborhood was peaceful. There are not a lot of food options or even grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead with that. Otherwise, we'd gladly book this again."

"We loved our stay here. (Two couples and our kids.) The kids loved the loft. The property had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It was so close to Wax Marina, where we rented a boat for the day, yet also quiet and peaceful. We are excited to come back!"

"A great place to stay for the weekend. We loved feeding the animals next to the cabin and kayaking. We loved the dogs visiting (Lola, Charlie, and Bo). Everything you could need to cook was available. We made use of the fire pit in the back and made our dinner over it using the grill."

"We enjoyed our family time at chalet by the lake. The lake is close but not steps away. There is a lot of private property on the lakefront and no public access that we could find within walking distance. The beach and public access was a 15 minute drive away. The house was modern, updated and had all the amenities. We especially liked the loft with the arcade and table shuffleboard."

"The cabin was spotless, with everything we needed. I was even able to catch up on all our laundry before heading home. Our pup loved the lake and running at sunrise with me around the property. The kids loved the loft and want to come back to enjoy the lake when it’s warmer."

"This property is amazing. We had our inaugural friendship reunion here, 3 families with children ranging from 4 - 7. Its an easy drive to Mammoth Cave and Lake Nolin. The property itself was perfect it had everything we needed. We all loved jumping from the dock and swimming, as well as some good fishing! We have already planned to come back to this property in the future!!!"

"Mike thank u for hosting. Great week and weather. Really enjoyed the rental. As disclosed the single BR had us on a schedule but no issues! Lower level access challenging for mobility impaired with stairs. Mike met us on Saturday and gave some Great tips about lake conditions. View without comparison. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lots Of space. We fish so did not use TV or Wi fi. Would rent with Mike again and Plan too make this place our new annual gathering place."
