"What an amazing cottage this is, we are looking forward to a return visit, such a quite place only a couple of minutes away from the village square, lots of places to eat, pubs, restaurants, cafe etc we enjoyed a trip to Skipton and then just stayed in and enjoyed the log fire, would recommend."

"The cottage was in a lovely quiet location. It was very cosy. You felt right at home as soon as you walked through the door. Everything was very clean and tidy and well presented. "We had an excellent stay at this holiday flat. It was spotlessly clean and well-kept. The little touches and thoughtful details really made all the difference and added to the charm. "The cottage was ideal for our stay in Yorkshire. Great location ... nice and quiet in a pretty village with a lovely nature reserve and decent pub. Easy reach of the Dales, Ripon, York, Harrogate and Fountains Abbey. Easy check in with private parking. The windfall apples were a bonus! Warm and comfy, decent WiFi and TV that worked. We had a small problem with the toilet but Emma got it repaired swiftly and without a fuss. Would definitely stay again. "

"We chose this property because it's location allowed easy reach of York, Harrogate and sightseeing opportunities towards the North Yorks Moors. Lovely house in a quiet village. Generous rooms, great facilities. We were late in the season so didn't get a chance to use the outdoors areas but would be great in the summer. No issues, but where we had questions/requests the host responded almost immediately and came round if necessary. Highly recommended"

"The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."
