Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. "Como não tem Recepção eu sugeriria que ao enviarem o numero de reserva mandassem tambem o codigo de acesso ao predio e o do Quarto, pois pra quem é de outro pais é complicado ligar para a pessoa passar estes códigos. Pramim foi um sufoco e se não fosse um amigo meu local eu teria pernoitado na rua....foi muito ruim, pois na primeira que meu amigo ligou a pessoa disse que não tinha nenhuma reserva foi quando eu pedi pra ele insistir com o numero de reserva, ai ela pediu mil desculpas.
