"We stayed at this cabin over PSU whiteout weekend and were impressed with the condition and size. This is a rare instance where the actual place is better than the photos! There is a fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable family room. The location is very quiet and there is plenty of screened in porch area to relax outside. "We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. "

"It was a little hard to find at first but was a very peaceful setting with apartment over the garage. The beds were super comfortable and the furniture was very nice. Enjoyed our stay it was close enough to everything but far enough that it was relaxing. It was very reasonable priced was happy with the stay."

"This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. You're renting the bottom level, while the host lives in the top level via a separate entrance. He is very kind and we didn't even notice him there...

"We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy."

"We were heading to Kneobels for the weekend with the kids and dogs but wanted a place the adults could cheer for as well. The cabin was our happy place. It is a quirky build, the area surrounding the property was gorgeous, it was a beautiful ride to get there... we have no complaints. The bedroom are small but we slept well, the beds were comfy, and the closed in porch was a great place for game nights and all meals. Neil stopped by as we were leaving and he was so nice! "We were attending a family reunion in a nearby town, and needed a place to stay nearby. This was close and convenient, but provided the unexpected benefit of giving the disorganized branch of the family a landing spot for visiting, prepping and catching up before and after the reunion. This place was perfect. I highly recommend for everyone, especially those who need more than just a comfortable bed, they need to create a sense of home."
