Cozy new cottage sleeps 4 near Watkins Glen Racetrack!

Brand new in 2021, our cottage in Finger Lakes is secluded, yet mere minutes from all of the action in a beautiful rural setting.

Race fans love us, as we're a mere 5 minutes from the Watkins Glen Race Track. We are also conveniently located near Watkins Glen (~9 miles) (~13 miles) Corning and (~22 miles) Hammondsport. Enjoy access to hiking trails, state forests, both the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails. All of the amenities of home in a beautiful, rural setting. Ask for area recommendations!

Queen bedroom and futon in the living room sleeps 4 comfortably. (Additional tent camping may be available, please ask!)

Brand new ceramic tile and glass standing shower with dual shower heads creates a luxurious experience! The kitchen features new appliances and tons of amenities. Kitchen includes: electric oven/stove, 7.4 cubic foot fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker (Keurig/regular combo, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, bakeware and much more!)

Relax on the covered front porch on our outdoor furniture while grilling on the propane BBQ. Spot the deer and chipmunks while sipping a Finger Lake wine, cup of coffee, or delicious local ale.

Gather around the fire pit and toast marshmallows after a busy day. Fire wood is complementary!

We do except up to 2 dogs for a fee of $50.00 (please be sure to check the box when booking) Pets however are NOT to be left unattended.

The Perfect Spot!
We had the most amazing time staying at this little cabin. The attention to detail put in to every room, instantly heightened the experience. The level of cleanliness was much appreciated and made us even more comfortable. Our favorite parts were hanging out on the front porch playing cornhole, the neighbors (cows) and making s'mores next to the fire pit. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back!

Fantastic place!
This home is everything and more than we expected. It is extremely clean, modern, and well taken care of. The host has put a ton of thought into this place. We loved every second of it and plan to come back again next year! Ten out of ten isn’t a high enough rating!

Peaceful and comfortable
Stayed at the cottage while racing at Watkins Glen Int. Very new, super clean and comfortable. In a beautiful pasture where you can watch the cows in the morning and deer grazing in the evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience pace!

We loved staying at the cottage! It had everything we needed and was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. We ended up extending our stay we enjoyed it so much-which Roberta made super easy! Communication was fantastic. The front porch and rocker chairs were our favorite part-we can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent stay
We needed a few days away the week of the 4th of July. We brought our kayaks and dogs and found some really nice places to paddle. The cottage was clean and modern. There was plenty of room for the two of us. We had a couple of questions and Roberta was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this to anyone that would like a country setting with some peace and quiet.

Perfect location and great property
Great property situated in a perfect spot between lots of great adventures in the finger lakes area. Only neighbors are some cows and you are surrounded by the beautiful foothills of the appalachians. Owners are very thoughtful with what is provided and responsive to any needs. Highly recommend

Amazing property, they had everything we needed for our stay. great location close to everything we wanted to do and the only neighbors were the cows. We enjoyed watching them come and go as we sat on the porch enjoying the beautiful view.

Very nice
This property was perfect for a weekend in the finger lakes for my wife and I. It's a bit outside the area we initially searched, but the drive to Watkins Glen and quite a few wineries is short. We would have enjoyed it even more if the weather allowed us to use the yard and fire pit.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. We were in need of a peaceful getaway and the cottage was exactly that. Peaceful, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed here for 9 days. This place is very very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful location and relaxing. Saw deer in the field across from this place. Your neighbors are cows! Beautiful sunsets at night! Look no further this is the Perfect Place to relax and to get away from everything. Very close to Watkins Glen.

Best choice I made!
Had a wonderful stay! The home was impeccably clean!! Cleanliness is a must for me. The owner is a sweetheart check in and out was simple and easy. The house had everything I could think of and very well organized. I enjoyed the farm nearby was nice to see the cows while sipping my morning coffee. The proximity of the place was perfect not too far from town but far enough to get some peace and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect!
What an incredible cottage in an incredible area! Very close to the race track and not far from town. The property was appointed with everything you could possibly need. The farm setting was unique, and you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere - very private. We will definitely be back!

East Coast Trip
We stayed in 7 different places on our 13 day trip and our place in Beaver Dams was easily our favorite. Spotlessly clean, cozy af, love it. Only complaint if there is one is bedroom barn door is a little hard to open when fully closed. That’s nitpicking. If you are in the Watkins Glen and enjoy privacy, we recommend staying here.

Picture Perfect!
Loved our stay at Roberta's property! Such a cozy, beautiful space - super clean and convenient! Roberta was a great host - very responsive and gave us some great location and dining/activity recommendations. We loved all the little extras she provided like bottled water and snacks. The cottage is next to a farm so we were greeted by adorable cows on our way out in the mornings. Water pressure is great, bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of heat as it got pretty cold at night. We even loved the fire pit - another nice touch. We would love to come back again and stay with Roberta - such a treat!
