"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"This location is a bit up the mountain (I'm sure it is fantastic for skiing but we visited in August). As such, it is away from the nutty tourist centre and the views are fantastic. The local bus service is super efficient and a brilliant way to get to the top if you do not want to hike the slope up. The flat itself is spacious and bright. It was amenable to self-catering, and had excellent laundry facilities."

"We had an amazing stay! We were receptioned by Ursula, who showed us the apartment, how everything worked and we could get in touch with her if we needed anything. We were really surprised with the apartment! It is really big, has everyting you'll need during your stay and has also a great location. Would definetely recomend the stay!"

"Die Vermieterin war super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Für e-Bikes gab es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit und Lademöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und alles Wichtige und noch mehr war zur Verfügung! Ich freue mich auf ein nächstes Mal!"

"Communication with the host (Hanny) was very good. She responded promptly after we requested information a few days prior to our stay via e-mail. The location of the appartement is away from the village of Marbach going up the mountain (you need a car to get there). The appartment is on the top floor of the farm house. "Fantastic location, great views of the Eiger. Very convenient location - close to Grindwald Grund railway station, and the main terminal for two gondola rides. The home itself was very nice, 3 bedrooms and lots of room for everyone.
