"The staff where lovely and cery helpful. The only issue i had being in room 7 was the noise ....it sounded like a generator going all night ...maybe it was the heating anyway my sleep wasnt great. Other than that it was a good stay :) "

"Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful and (when I was there) very quiet. There's also a small sauna and steam room, and a tiny (but perfectly formed) gym, Excellent breakfast selection, and again staff very helpful, even with late arriving guests. "Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel"

"We loved the Spa and pool. Plenty of parking and our room was serviced every day. We had breakfast delivered to our room which was a real treat. We visited nearby Wakehurst Arboretum and gardens and had no trouble eating out also. Our door key didn’t work on two occasions. Cocktails were expensive but overall it was a wonderful long, relaxing Easter weekend. The staff were very polite and helpful. "

"We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). O único inconveniente que tivemos: reservamos um táxi e o preço cobrado pelo taxista foi diferente do informado pelo hotel. Além disso, na reserva, não nos foi informado que o pagamento deveria ser feito exclusivamente em cash. Ficam então essas informações importantes para outros hóspedes."
