Property features high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs (no cable), gas grill and central air. Washer/dryer, lawn games, portable crib, high chair and booster seat on premises.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep and barbequing on the deck. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, basic spices, bbq tools, etc. Small appliances include VitaMix blender, microwave, slow-cooker, toaster and drip-coffee maker (as well as a Keurig) available for guest use. Also included: quality bed linens, bath and beach towels, basic house-cleaning supplies and a starter set of paper products.
LOCATION: Only 16 miles from Manistee, 48 miles to Traverse City, 5 miles to Lake Michigan, 14 Miles to Crystal Mountain and 40 miles to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. This wonderful location offers plenty of options for the whole family!
Please Note: This lovely property is in a quiet, family neighborhood in Bear Lake. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind on property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in driveway.

Check-in any time after 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. We are typically not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and additional fees may apply.
ARRIVAL (after 4:00PM): There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE (by 10:00AM): We have a short checklist we ask renters to follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help our staff immensely. Please be aware all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These rules are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as defined in the posted cancellation policy.
