We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. "We were very happy with our stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was very clean and updated. The walk down to the association beach was quick and easy enough to do with our little ones. One of the days the beach was a bit crowded but the next day we had it all to ourselves which was a nice bonus. I would recommend this condo!"

"Our stay was awesome. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartments are small but had a good layout. Great view of the lake. Location is perfect for us to get to Meredith and Gilford village in a short time. An upgrade would be a pull out couch. "
