"Owners were great to work with ---as our company was working on a job in the area wanted to stay in a home instead of a hotel. House was really clean and cozy - everything was there that was needed. Will definitely stay again when working in that area. "

"The cottage was wonderful, clean, and cozy. The owners went above and beyond to assist in any way and were super friendly and warm people. The view was awesome and being able to tie our pontoon boat to their dock was a great plus! Will definitely be returning in the future! "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Amber Escape. There was more than enough room for the 20 people in our group. "

"I messed up our reservation so showed up after 10:00pm on the day I thought I had booked, only to realize we were scheduled for the following day. I called Theresita and she worked everything out for us to check in that night. It saved us from getting off to a terrible start to our trip. the cabin itself is very cool and full of eclectic decor. the kids loved and it and it was very clean and comfortable."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the home was super clean. Our yorkie loved the fenced in backyard and it was so nice to sit out there with her and rock in the rocking chairs. We couldn’t get over how quiet it was. The host was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the Smokies. "

"The property is reasonably priced, well kept up, and clean. My family members drove to the area and arrived a day early. Beverly was very helpful and accommodating in helping them get settled in for their early arrival. Thank you for the great stay."

"The rental and the owners were a 10*++ Loved it, plenty of room, new and the decor was perfect. Use the owners directions only, because of the switch back roads and a missing street sign makes it a challenge. Check in time 4:00, do not come after DARK too dangerous and the steep parking driveway, have a couple of people directing you. "
