"The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful…I wish I got his name but he was welcoming and super friendly. When I walked into the unit, the TV was on and it sounded like someone else was there…which startled me. There was a door missing from the bathroom vanity, there was trash in the kitchen disposal, no hangers in the closet and scuff marks on all of the bedroom walls and dresser. I’ve stayed at other Global Suites before but this one could definitely use a little TLC. "

"Such a quaint little cabin! It had the rustic feel, but was located in town, so very convenient. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were a bit tricky, but also added to the charm of the cabin. Overall, very impressive!"

"We stayed at Gruner Bungalow during July 4th weekend for my father's 90 birthday and family celebration. Anita was a great host - responsive, accommodating to our needs, on-site support and truly and genuinely interested in the success of our celebration. The house itself was well maintained and more than adequately accommodated our family who stayed at the bungalow as well as those who participated in our gathering during the day and evening. The rooms were perfect in size and well maintained....

"We needed a temporary place to stay while we found a long-term renting. This place was great for us and more. Our hosts and family were really engaging, proactive and kind. The place is very comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues but they were fixed immediately. The family is lovely and have two lovely cats too. I would strongly recommend anyone staying here if coming to DC or Maryland. Thanks again to the family for helping us settling in!"

Great location (walkable down into town), three nice and comparable bedrooms so no one had to argue over who got which one (ha ha!), great bathrooms, great kitchen, great communication with host (although we had no issues and didn't need anything). We would absolutely stay here again. Appreciated the board games, too! Thank you!"
