"First impression of the property was amazing! The house was extremely clean and charming. There was also a perfect set up that included everything you could possibly do in the area. We also loved using the hot tub on our stay; it was a perfect way to end our trip. Definitely would recommend!"

"We really enjoyed this property. The home was spacious allowing plenty of room for all ten of us. The game room was a great gathering space. Dining area was large enough for all of us to eat and play games together. Easy drive in to both Bayfield and Durango. And very close to Vallecito Lake. Would definitely recommend this property. "

"Had a great 5 night stay here! Beautiful property and the perfect place to relax and recharge. Enjoyed the hot tub and watching the neighborhood deer and turkeys. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and baking sheets and a grill outside. Plenty of space in common areas for the whole family! Loved our time here and was sad to leave! "
