"An awesome weekend away Faboulus from the start Dylan at Reception was awesome, i had a request on my reservation for top floor so he changed our booking the available room on the 5th floor, the view was priceless. We had the lake twin. Beds super comfy with nice pillows. Spa and pool are very good, we didnt know there is a private spa too but the included ones are what we needed. Great practical gym. Breakfast was yummy and had great range, they made burritos which was lovely. Staff at kitchen...

"The hotel is very nice, with swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf and others. The staff is very nice too. The hotel is a little bit far from the center, but we rented a car ( I really recommend a car for Rotorua, most of the turistic attractions are far) so that was not a problem."

"Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados num quarto que tinha uma jacuzzi e aproveitamos bem as fontes termais do hotel. Fica muito bem localizado, perto do lago e dos restaurantes. Pessoal do motel é muito simpático."

"Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."
