This mid century masterpiece in the heart of Baton Rouge is an architects dream. Just around the corner from Perkins overpass, The Greenhouse is minutes away from the city’s best bars and restaurants, LSU lakes, Tiger Stadium and the River Center.

Whether you are in town for a game or a special event, you and your guests will be sure to find plenty of space and R&R in the meticulously designed bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms (including a jacuzzi in the master!), three private gardens, or the game room studio.

The entire house is custom designed, from the kitchen island to the glass ceiling dining room.

The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and private garden. The other two guest bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom and the large butterfly garden which is also perfect for alfresco dining.

The sofas in both of the game room and living room are brand new and can each sleep two guests fairly comfortably. The seat cushions fold back for extra space.

The entire house wraps around a central atrium with a large patio and fire pit. At the end of the driveway, and attached to the large central garden, there is a large game room with arcade games, plenty of seating around the big screen TV, with board games in the cupboard

Honestly, this is just the type of place you have to see it to believe. Can’t wait to host you at our Greenhouse retreat!

Guests have full access to the entire property. Some of the closets are used for supply storage.

We live about 15 minutes away and will be accessible throughout your entire stay!

Baton Rouge’s historic hundred oaks neighborhood is just off of interstate 10 minutes from downtown, the LSU Lakes, Tiger Stadium, and the popular amenities in midcity.

From the house, you can walk to Trader Joe’s, Acme Oyster House, and Lululemon, among other shopping options. Just around the corner is Baton the famed Perkins Road overpass merchant district, which is replete with some of the city’s top bars, restaurants, and shopping. Your hosts are pretty big coffee nerds, and find themselves quite satisfied with the 5 incredible coffee shop options within a few minutes of the house.

This is a residential neighborhood, but there is more than enough parking for 4 to 5 cars in the private driveway.

We have brand new pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, knives, and utensils throughout the kitchen. We also stocked up with very basic seasonings and plenty of coffee pods, but if you choose to get creative with your culinary adventures, there is a Trader Joe’s just around the corner!

While we have a relaxed cancellation policy, please note that any refunds will have a small deduction charged by stripe, our payment platform. This fee is about 4%.
Strict no smoking and no party policies. If either are detected, your reservation could be ended immediately without refund. We understand you may want to invite guests to visit - this is totally okay, just check with your host before inviting them to avoid surprises.

This is a quiet neighborhood with exceptional neighbors - we need your help to keep it that way! Quiet time is from 10pm til 7am.
