"We loved Marva’a house. If we are back in Nevis, will definitely stay there again. The house is spacious and very comfortable. One of three bedrooms does not have an AC unit, but has two fans including a ceiling fan. The property is big and very well maintained. There are several fruit trees including at least two types of mangoes. Since we were visiting at the end of May, we got to taste the mangoes and had them for breakfast every morning. "Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. He arranged for our trip to Nevis and made sure we were looked after. We even got a tour of the marketplace. We felt like family. This place was...

From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. "This was our first visit to Nevis was it was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the island, the people, the food, and especially this house. What a find! The location was awesome - a nice quiet area with the beach as the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty big for our family of six. The screened in porch and pool were lifesavers as we visited during the "hot" season. We loved our "visitors" every day - from goats to sheep to donkeys grazing next door. Many thanks...

"We had a conference at the Marriott which was less than a 10min walk away. A small grocery was right next to the property office, and a larger one on the way to the Marriott. Lovely little coffee and breakfast place next door. The Strip is nearby and if you have a car rental the entrance to the peninsula is down the street which leads to beaches and beach bars aplenty! The grounds here are beautiful and the pool is great too!"

I wasn’t familiar with the Island or exactly where we were in relation to the restaurants, beaches, etc. I am so thankful that we stayed on the Southeast side out of town. The best beaches are on this end, several restaurants to choose from as well. We would go have breakfast, sightseeing, relax on the beach or float in the ocean.
