Along the coast of Maine, sprinkled with many isles, you'll find this serene and newly renovated beach cottage beckoning for you and your loved ones to come and stay. With a private dock to launch kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, the water fun never has to stop! Tour around the local towns to discover historical landmarks, and shops, and taste Maine's world-famous lobster. There are also local kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals with delivery and pickup!

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home with the nautical-themed decor and the plush furniture to hold a great conversation or watch TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a quaint breakfast bar. Two comfortable bedrooms and a living room futon ensure that everyone will get a comfortable night's rest after the day's activities. While the sun sets, host a barbecue on the patio or roast marshmallows at the firepit while the stars come out to dot the sky. Some of the upgrades include new exterior paint, a door, a ramp for easy access, a new water heater, and a new water filtration system.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
