With accommodations for up to 4 guests, our apartment provides a cozy home away from home, boasting spacious bedrooms featuring luxurious super king-size and twin beds, complete with hotel-quality linens and 32ā€ Smart TVs for ultimate relaxation.

The heart of our home lies in the expansive living space, where you can gather with loved ones on plush seating to enjoy movie nights on the 55ā€ TV or share meals around the generous dining table.

Our stylish kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher, along with complimentary tea, coffee, mineral water and biscuits to enhance your stay.

Please note that as a residential block, we adhere to a zero-noise policy between 11pm and 8am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all residents and guests.

Where to park:

If you decide to drive to Bath the best place to park is Manver's Street Car Park. It is less than a two minute walk from the apartment and costs from Ā£17.10 for a full day. There is no charge over night from 8pm until 8am.

You can either Pay and Display a ticket, or use the MiPermit app to book parking.

Alternatively, there are Park and Ride options from Odd Down or Landsdown.

Beautiful stay

We have stayed in this property before and so was delighted when we had the opportunity again during my daughters graduation recently. Location is just the best and this property had everything we needed. One of my prioritises is cleanliness and this was was met to a high standard. A really beautiful stay and would highly recommend

Graduation stay

Superb location with lovely view out over the river. Excellent communication from the host and easy access to the property. Clean and tidy flat and pretty much everything you would need was there, even some tasty biscuits! Beds were really comfy.

Ideal property for a Bath family getaway

I absolutely loved Lindsey and Tobyā€™s Bath property! We (myself, husband, teenage son and young daughter) settled in nicely after a very short walk from the train station (my husband who had been hauling our heavy bag appreciated the presence of a lift in this property, not to be taken for granted!). The property itself is on an absolutely charming block with the rooms themselves overlooking the River Avon and surrounding hillside. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen with everything you could need, and the living area was ideal for relaxing after sight-seeing. What more could you ask for? 10/10. Thank you, Lindsey and Toby!

Amazing property in an amazing city.

Amazing property located in a great spot in Bath. The views are spectacular. The entire city is walkable and needs explored. Bath Abbey, Roman Baths and Pulteney Bridge are all just a few steps away. We drove from London (not recommended driving in London, but it was fine once you got out) and so we were able to drive to Stonehenge for a day. We also visited Salisbury Cathedral 15 minutes south of Stonehenge. I highly recommend it. Everything went very smoothly with the stay. Easy check in and out. Many restaurants, shops and grocery options are located nearby. We highly recommend this property.

Nice and convenient location

We enjoyed the stay and found it to be as advertised. If you are driving the Manvers car park is a short walk to door of place. The parkade was safe but somewhat expensive but that is true all over. The highlight was finding the canal (not river) path for a run. The place was comfortable and very convenient to the village of Bath.

Perfect place for a perfect stay

My other and I spent the week in Bath and the surrounding area. This place was perfect. The view over the canal and countryside was stunning, the central location to the town and spa made for easy walking to most places, and the beds were great!

The Beauty of Bath

Our VRBO was located in the perfect place to walk to all of our activities in the picturesque and historic town of Bath. The lovely view of the River Avon from our living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms was wonderful and added a special treat. We really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient, but pay for public parking. Lindsey and Toby's VRBO is a nice updated flat in older building near the river and central Bath.

Fun in Bath

Property was in a good location within walking distance of train station. It was only a short walk to grocery store. The decor in apt was simple but efficient. More instructions for the running of the TV would be helpful. The apt offered all that we could need: dishwasher, washing machine, nice large shower and good heating. Sadly the lift was not working when we arrived which proved to be challenging for three older ladies having to drag their luggage up to the second floor.

Great flat in a fabulous location!

The flatā€™s central location made it simple to get to from the train station and we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Bath. Also, thereā€™s an excellent M&S about 250m away, so we mage good use of the kitchen and dining area. The flat was generally clean and we had lots of space; however, the washing machine gasket was covered in mold, which we had to clean in order to run a load. The mold was because the machine had been left closed while wet and not maintained. Also, we had decided to wait until Bath to do some laundry, but not supplying laundry soap was inconvenient; especially given all the other thoughtful supplies like dishwasher tabs and nice toiletries. The WiFi was really spotty and we had pretty poor connections on all our devices and the TVs were struggling to stream any content not that we use them much anyway, but it was a bit annoying at times. Despite those few miner gripes, we enjoyed ourselves and the views of the river and hills were spectacular. Weā€™d definitely recommend.

Lovely flat near it all

We had a mother/daughter get away here and loved the location for touring Bath. The flat had comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space to relax and a great view.
