Covid-19 Policy; It is now established that aerial transmission is the predominate way that Covid is spread. Hence we provide lockable security doors at each outside opening. There are 3 security doors upstairs and 3 downstairs. Guest are encouraged to leave all doors open but to lock all security doors on departure. The caretaker will endeavor to do the same if she finds this has not been done. We believe that the science shows that this practice of airing out the property between guests minimizes the chances of virus spread. A selection of sanitizing products is also provided.
o All guests will be required to bring all of their own linen. This includes sheets, and pillow cases. Guests should also bring their own towels including tea towels. It also suggested that you may wish to provide your own pillow.

Sandy Shores is a dog-friendly property, with a fully fenced backyard.
This beach house is ideally located directly on the Long Beach foreshore and opposite the Cullendulla Nature Reserve, allowing you to walk or swim depending on your mood. Kangaroos keep the front grass well trimmed and the rear garden is fully fenced for your pooch.
The house is 2-storey and ideally suited for 2 families or generations. There is only one kitchen but each floor has its own main queen bedroom, bunkroom, bathroom, lounge room, deck/balcony, and air conditioner.
There are extensive ocean views from the upper balcony.
There is a baby gate in the garage if needed to keep the stairs safe.
Parking includes a double lock-up garage and a side gate with boat/caravan accommodation.
Over the years a variety of items has accumulated to help entertain the troops including books, games, puzzles, bikes, foosball and table tennis
There is a firepit if you wish to roast marshmallow or make s'mores. We try to supply firewood but this is not guaranteed
Batemans Bay is a 10-minute drive away and has a large variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.
Sandy Shores is priced as a self-clean property. You need to clean it as per the checklist provided. The caretaker will check to see whether or not you have. If excessive additional cleaning is required the cost of it may be charged to you.

By default, you will need to bring your own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels). There are 2 queens, 1 double and 3 singles. Doonas and doona covers are provided.
