"Old Bank is a community of contrasts. The Jamaican heritage was great, people generally friendly, and genuine. The downside was the massive piles of garbage strewn along the walkways and ocean. "Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them. "One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"

"Great place to stay and get some rest. Very comfy, surrounded by nature, with private small pool. It's not super near to bocas town, but the owner reccomended a transportation that was available to drive us everywhere. "

"A perfect combination of private accommodations with access to a personal captain to travel to some of the amazing places the area has to offer. Plenty of wildlife including: Dolphins, starfish, sloths, monkeys, geckos, many types of fish and birds. Access to the kayaks and paddleboards was great too. Amazing how calm the water was a certain times of the day. "
