"Loved the exceptionally friendly staff. Was thrilled they allowed 24-hour access to the pool, spa and fitness center. So pleasant to have staff members that genuinely wanted to make my stay as stress free and comfortable as possible! Wasn't fond of the time that breakfast ended...the beds were so very comfortable that I overslept!! However, their staff was accommodating by grabbing a few breakfast items from the back that were left over during its disassembly, even after I headed downstairs @9...

"Very clean and nice. Located a few minutes off the interstate which made it quiet. There plenty of places to dine within a few minutes drive. The breakfast was also quite good. "

"Home 2 Suites is a lovely property situated in a convenient location. Having breakfast included saved us a lot of time we used to explore. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking was $20 a night extra, but it was in a covered garage where can park on same level as your room. Downtown Boise has a nice city vibe with great dining venues, music clubs, and nightlife. There is a artsty feel to the city without the downsides of despair you see in other cities. I would go there again in a heartbeat."

"The hotel is the standard for this level of hotel but the price is around half of what they usually are and the downtown area of Boise is new and awesome with food etc The real review here is for the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond to say the least. Not everyone in the city is welcoming in fact ive walked out of 2 hotels to switch because of rude racist staff but here just wow amazing experience "

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."
