"Casa Toti is even better than the description and photos show. Perfectly situated in a quiet garden with olive trees and a lovely pool. All set against a view that can’t be described. "L'appartamento è situato all'ultimo piano di una palazzina ed è senza ascensore. Ha una piccola terrazza dove poter mangiare e di sera è ventilata. La zona giorno è dotata di aria condizionata per cui se si vuole rinfrescare la camera suggerisco di utilizzare il ventilatore in dotazione. Il proprietario ci ha fornito di tutto, dalle lenzuola agli asciugamani al detersivo. Peccato per i vicini rumorosi ai quali abbiamo dovuto chiedere di fare meno rumore."

"E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione....

The apartment is right in the old part of the town and has a beautiful view of the landscape from the terrace and the small balcony on the second floor. "It’s a nice appartement with seaside, but it was not clean. The dishwasher was broken and was full off dirty dish, which was probebly in there for weeks. The internet and WiFi was terrible and constantly disconnecting. "My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area.
