Situated on a large, quiet half-acre lot in a lovely neighborhood, with great outdoor patio and lawn spaces. It's an easy walk to the Frying Pan river and the Roaring Fork River- enjoy Basalt's world class Gold Medal Fly Fishing waters. Just 21 minutes to amazing skiing at Aspen, Snowmass , Highlands and Buttermilk. There is an A/C unit upstairs.
This 3000 square foot log cabin home sleeps 7: It has 3 bedrooms- a king master with en suite bath is located on the main level. Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms- a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. There is a daybed upstairs that can be used for 1 additional guest. Tub and shower bathroom with double sinks is in the hall upstairs. At the top of the stairs is an inviting tv nook with 2 loveseats. Powder room bath is on the main level. Dining room sits 8 and special occasion china is in the cabinet for guest use. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas stove, plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses. The host provides all linens, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, dish soap etc. Guests can use one space in the garage and there is ample parking in the driveway. Gas grill is on the back patio. There are two flat screen tvs and Sonos sound system on both floors.

The attentive property manager is a local real estate broker and lives nearby if you need anything. PLEASE NOTE: Guests will be working with the real estate listing broker to complete this rental... after you reserve online, a rental agreement will be sent to you and you'll need to sign that prior to your arrival date.
