"The listing is accurate to the "T" Quiet neighborhood, easy to shops, private! The King bed made such a difference. The pool was fantastic, anytime of the day, was serviced as stated. We only get to see my fam, once a year, we had family day at the pool. Mgt company answered all questions and in a timely manner. The only thing I would recommend would be cleaning supplies. ( I am neat freak) ex floor cleaner, spray cleaner for counters, etc.. Washer and Dryer was a nice addition! We will be back...

"Everything was as expected. When they say 2 cars, they mean it. We moved our 3rd car at 11:00 pm. Lady on the phone was nice though. We took care of it. A home that sleeps 14 might need a plan for more than 2 cars. Not complaining just a suggestion. Definitely will come back here."

The issues we experienced were the oven not heating well, the refrigerator not cold, and the freezer leaking water into a rubber container that has to be emptied. We ate out most days, so this was not a major issue for us."

The back yard opens up right on Lake Rosalie with about 75 feet of direct sandy lake front access along with a dock where you can park your boat. Lake does get shallow at times and we had to get out and walk our boat up since it is just a couple of feet deep for about 100 feet or so out into the lake. "Loved the 2nd full fridge in the garage. Loved the extra long dining table. Very nice decor and enjoyable rec rooms in loft and garage. Would update the bedroom descriptions- confusing because the flamingo room is a Mickey Mouse room and to clarify the bunk beds are full size. We were surprised the A/C was locked on 72°. That is hot and humid in FL. Highly recommend installing ceiling fans in each bedroom."
