"Very impressed with communications with Vacasa. Clean like an upscale hotel. Sitting right by the lake was beautiful all times of day. Firepit at night w/toasted marshmallows a delight. Only negative was bed in masterbedroom was too soft. Other beds were fine. Nice amenities. Dog friendly."

"Great little, remodeled and updated cottage perfect for a couple and your fur baby. We stayed for almost a week as our return to Florida was delayed by hurricane Helene. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay for 2 days. The cottage is just behind the Spruce Point Inn and is walkable to downtown. "this cottage is very good for one or two people.The cottage is set up well and the use of space is ok.Everything is in good working order and the kitchen is good for using for easy meals.There is a TV and the WiFi worked well.Linens were good as well as the bed Linens. The mattress is a little soft but it could have been way worse. There were four pillows which is nice.All in All it is very fairly price for the region and time of year that I stayed"

"A nice small cottage, that's perfect for 1-2 people. It's a great location for exploring the Pemaquid peninsula. The cottage was clean and the description and picture showed exactly what you were getting. It is located on the main road down to the lighthouse and was busy on the weekend but only during daylight hours, but I was expecting that. I enjoyed my stay there and would take it again if I wanted to stay in Pemaquid. "

"This was a beautiful place to stay and had more parking than we expected. The only hiccups we had was that the check in code we were given was one digit off from what it actually was so we had a little trouble getting into the house. Also there is an outlet that was uncovered in the bedroom and we had a child touch it. Luckily the child wasn’t harmed but this should definitely be addressed if there’s any little ones staying on the property. The houses were very clean and the only reason I gave...

"Bill was so very nice and 100% accommodating. His place was very neat and clean. The property is very well maintained, private and peaceful. His cousin , Darcy, lives 2 doors down and is readily available should there be any questions or concerns.We enjoyed the lions at night and the stars were mesmerizing along with the fireflies. Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning next year."

"This is a charming log cabin in an historic log cabin development minutes from town, grocery shopping and within walking distance to a lovely park (Barrett). The "great room" has a wonderful fireplace, high ceilings, and comfortable couches and chairs. The large deck facing the water is beautiful, offering a spectacular view of Lewes Cove in Linekin Bay. You can hear loons, watch cormorants fishing and drying their wings on lobster trap platforms, and see bald eagles fly by and roost in nearby...

"The big porch is partly covered and uncovered, but no matter where you sat, you had a fantastic view! We saw eagles, lobster boats, and gorgeous sunrise/sets. You could hear the ocean from your bedroom window. We were 8 adults and 2 kids, and we had plenty of space: we fit in the main living room to watch movies at night but had plenty of alone space too (there is another tv room if you need it). Bedroom arrangements: the main floor had a bedroom (queen), and a walk in shower plus toilet/sink....

"Chuck & Lynn were wonderful hosts, with a perfect 2 bd cottage on a relaxing pond/bay in harpswell. They made sure stay was smooth and even greeted with banana bread. The town of their cottage is quaint and beautiful with hiking and lobster shack galore, however a 20-25 min drive from lots of stores / interstate. Would recommend this property to everyone!"
