"20 minutes away from Airport and Old (Viejo) San Juan. Recommend renting a vehicle to tour around. Uber is available but there is a wait to get one from this property."

"Such a quiet secured entrance neighborhood ! Fanny met us at the front door at midnight because of our flight being delayed. We felt like we were at our parents house with the way she welcomed us. The back yard at night is very peaceful, the pool is really nice and clean! Woke up to coffee, oj, breakfast with a side plate of fresh cut fruit, I can’t say enough about Fanny and Miguel. If you’re coming to Puerto Rico, I advise you to make this one of your stays !"

"Nice beachfront property. The view is amazing!! Beach is rocky, so not really great for swimming, but nice swimming beaches are not far away. Pool was very refreshing! Perfect for our family. Location is not far from grocery, gas, & dining... also reasonable distance from activities/landmarks that Puerto Rico is known for/has to offer. This was a wonderful place to stay and we definitely recommend!"

"Our stay at The Encanto was just that… A True Delight! Home is at the very beginning of the “suburbs” At first a bit confusing to find but once you find the Universidad & say 199… an Uber will find it asap… Was a little disappointed at not having a stove, so I had to budget the Uber Eats. But that Beautiful pool made up for it! Listening to the coqui every night and drinking my cafe every morning by the pool was my absolute favorite thing to do… Thank you!"

"No gas in the tanks for the stove so i had to throw away the food that i had already bought. There was only one electrical outlet that woked which was the one next to the entry door so we had to take turns to charge the phones. The shower towels are the size of hand towels and theres no way of regulating the water temperature in the shower its either hot or cold this place was not suitable for a vrbo"

"I was celebrating my birthday. Ingrid was aware prior to arrival. When we arrived there was a guard and the community is gated. The check in process was easy and quick. Ingrid was very attentive to us. When entering the house it was very clean and smelled beautifully. Ingrid surprised me with gifts, balloons, and even had Sparkling Wine chilling for us. "This was our 11 year old daughter's first trip to the island. We spent a short time after our arrival walking around Old San Juan. From there, we headed to Patillas. Malecon Beach House was slightly difficult to locate on our first time in, but Pete promptly answered the phone when we called and guided us to their property (less than a minute away. He and his wife Liamm were both there to greet us. They gave us the rundown on the property and offered suggestions for things to do. The pictures...

"We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed breakfast on the shaded patio. There are food trucks and a bar in walking distance and the host was very communicative. The home is well lived, but the AC in the 3 rooms worked well and we slept comfortably."

"Our little family loved our downtime in the mountains. Such an incredible contrast from the heat and bustle of the coastal areas of the island. Surrounded by wildlife and incredible views. The house had everything we needed. Our host was helpful and communicative throughout."
