"A impressão que eu tenho é que o quarto estava em processo de reforma. Piso de madeira descascando, paredes sujas, banheiro sujo de tinta. Já fiquei nesse hortelã antes e fiquei em um quarto muito novo portanto resolvi repetir a estadia. No entanto foi uma experiência decepcionante. "

"This 'hotel' is so utterly horrible I suspect it's not a legitimate hotel rather a defunct hotel no longer in business that someone decided to rent rooms out of. It's really that bad. Most of the residents appear to be homeless people/squatters. The rooms are not fit for human occupancy. They're roach infested and filthy with broken furniture and appliances and holes everywhere. They are in violation of every imaginable building code. No smoke alarms (there were the remains of one with wires...

"We were in town to visit family. Access to the highway, restaurants, and stores was easy. We visited during winter so the pool was not open, but there were plenty of things to do within driving distance to stay busy and it was too cold outside even if the pool had been open. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts, everything was hot and already made. There were also healthy options with fresh fruits not just yogurt. "

"The Carriage House was absolutely perfect size for me and my pup. It was extremely warm and welcoming. The bedroom with pocket doors was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink and shelf stand next to it was perfect for all my skin care and make up products. The location was close to everything I needed. I definitely hope to stay there again in the future.Thank you, Debbie & Baela wavlcomfortable. "

"We have stayed here multiple times. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. The Hosts stock a lot of goodies which are much appreciated. You can walk to the Main Street of Roswell for many many restaurants and shops."

"We absolutely love this place. Could not have been more perfect. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We were there to visit our new grandson and we just had a spectacular time. Our host was awesome. We had one question he texted immediately and even stop by to make sure all was good.. We will definitely stay here again."

"Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property, the “Christmas” house, due to a last minute emergency by the host. However, they were able to immediately put us into another location not too far away. While we did book this property for the festive decorations and close proximity to downtown Roswell, the hosts ability to still accommodate our needs and “rehome” us swiftly was impressive. "

"Location was perfect- walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner and a bit of shopping. TV was easy to operate- extra blankets came in handy, beds comfy, kitchen is well supplied( add a scissors please) needed to wrap gifts! Love having use of washer/dryer. Thank you for v swift communication "

"The Management Company apparently did not read the last review of the property because a bedroom still only had one working fixture and it was a bedside lamp. Most of the lights did not work from the switch. Renters with low vision would have a hard time navigating this obstacle. On arrival one is greeted with trash strewn over the sidewalk, while an arbor placed on the ground leading to the front door is in a spot which could cause accidents, especially at night. Both upstairs front windows...
