The entire property (except the basement, pantry, and two closets on the second floor) is available to our guests, privately and exclusively.

The two fireplaces inside the house are not to be used under any circumstance.
The outdoor fire pit can be used at your own risk.
Please be gentle with the hot tub control panel. It should only be used by adults and not children.
Please be careful with the fan and air conditioning remote controls. If any remotes are damaged, you will be charged $150.00 for each replacement.
All trash must be taken to the outdoor trash cans once full and at the end of your stay.
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage caused or extra cleaning required by guests in your group.
